Nice breakfast and staff
The staff was great. Very pleasant and understanding. The hotel itself wasn’t very good. The hallways were dirty and rundown and smelt weird. I had to move rooms twice due to maintenance issues. Breakfast was not opened on time and the hot food was not good. My door key had to be activated twice. It worked the first time we used it but when we left the room and returned, it stopped working.
After returning home from our trip, I realized that I left my iPad behind in the room. The staff retrieved it for me and kept it safe in their office until I could pick it up. Many thanks!

Upon check in, a the young man at the desk was hanging with friends in the lobby. he came to the desk , checked me in and in a very loud voice announced my room number. upon entering the room, the door did not shut properly and could be pushed open with no key. i paid for a nonsmoking king room, got a previously smoking room 2 double beds. the room was dirty, sticky surfaces and dusty around the furniture. the outer door did not lock either.

Had a smell of smoke in hallway and room had a smell to it. Shower bar that holds curtain ready to fall off. Toilet seat loose.

Vanessa, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you expericed durring you stay with us. I would like to let you know that we have been making changes to breakfast and waht is being served. I am sorry about the door keys, we have switched to new keys and sometimes they do loose activation. we have now went back to our old keys. Thank you, Sabrina Patrick
