I like the wood floors. Seems to be more sanitary without the carpet.

Stayed there with my wife and 2 boys for a soccer tournament. Over all appearance was nice, however...beds were hard as boards, room was cramped, had water seeping up from under the tile in the bathroom. Shower had nice water pressure but other than that, would not stay again.

It was the first time I stayed in a hotel since I lost my husband I felt safe and secure The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice It had everything that I needed for my stay. When I come to Huntington West Virginia again to see my daughter I WILL STAY AT THE.RED ROOF INN Thanks for a great time

Good room for the price and location to the school

No coffee maker in room. Website indicated there would be a microwave. but there was none. Toilet was so loose, it would turn on the floor and there was long black hair in the bath tub. Other than that...well, the beds were comfortable.

The staff did everything possible to welcome me to town and accommodate my requests.

Only thing I expected from my conversation with staff, when I decided to order the room, was a ground floor room. Our room was upstairs. Otherwise, the overall experience was very good. No noisy neighbors. The amenities that my wife wanted were provided. We slept well. The location was perfect for saving travel time when we visited friends in Huntington and Barboursville.

vending machine (soda and water only) was out of service, same thing last time approximately five months ago. the rooms are small, with no chairs but I had a king bed. the room had a nice safe. the room heated slowly but it was not entirely cold upon arrival. restaurants near by but mainly fast food. good Wi-Fi.

The hotel was very comfortable and spacious! I love staying here when I come to Huntington. The price is perfect and the rooms are new.

The room was very clean and comfortable! Highly recommend

Considering it is a two star hotel in WV, I was nervous. The hotel has recently been renovated recently and it looks very good. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Great location, close to the interstate and restaurants nearby.

No hair dryer- no micro wave- no fridge. Room was clean and staff friendly, bed not bad. Older but clean.

The room was really nice, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

Late checking in but efficient and friendly. Rom quite good for its rating. Comfortable clean and quiet

My wife and I always stay at this location when visiting Huntington. It's conveniently located right off I-64 (take the 29th street exit and keep left of the fork). It's a basic hotel room, nothing fancy. You get a microwave and a mini fridge, the beds are comfortable enough and the rooms have always been clean. You can't beat the price, which is why we stay here. There are better rooms in some nicer areas of Huntington but you'll pay at least $40-$70 more a night. We've always enjoyed our stays here and haven't chosen any other hotel in the area the past 2 years. (We stay here at least 3-4 times a year, mostly during football season for Marshall games).

It's right off the interstate which is convenient if you need a place to stay overnight. Bed was comfortable.

I travel from Oklahoma to Virginia regularly with my boyfriend and our dog. Every time we have taken the trip we have stayed at this hotel. The lady at the front desk is so pleasant and the hotel is always really quiet at night. Everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that the comforter is pretty thin on the beds so i get cold. But if that's the worst problem I have at a hotel its definitely not going to ruin my stay. For those of you traveling with pets, there is lots of grass around the hotel and even a small "field" behind it. But I wouldn't let even the most obedient dog roam as there is a highway nearby. I am currently planning another trip to Virginia from Oklahoma and will be booking this hotel for both the trip there and the trip back.

The staff was rude and the rooms had hair all over the bathroom and the bed!!!!

It was clean, needed more desk space, ADA bathroom is a little odd to use.

The hotel was surprisingly better than I expected. Aside from the fact that there was not much table surface space (the room had a mini fridge but not much space to place food items around) and that the ADA bathroom was a little uncomfortable to use, the place was decent. The staff was nice, the room was clean, there were no heavy smells or stains. I would stay there again.
