Smoking room

Strong smell of previous smoking in the room upon entering. Room appeared clean, but did see some bugs (not bed bugs) in the room. Hotel in general is run down and needs some major repairs.

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating, there was an issue with the first room we were given, when brought to front desk with concerns, they gave me a different room, as we were moving into the new room down on same floor, just other end, I noticed they had someone in the 1st room we were given addressing the issue.
