Roaches in the room

The rooms look to be recently upgraded. The staff could use more training. The policy for no check in until 3 pm, needs to be reevaluated. The property was not sold out and I was not allowed to check in early or pay for another day to get the room earlier. Staff was not trained on facilities. Cleaning staff was unfriendly. The breakfast was being put away 30 mins early instead of replenished. The pool was not heated. There was no hot tub available. However, property was clean and in a convenient area. However, there were sketchy characters hanging around the parking lot and the clientele seemed to be a noisier crowd. The room below me was banging on the wall at 11 pm. We complained and staff took care of it quickly. However the banging started again in the morning. Not a great stay but not the worst I've experienced either but will rethink about staying at another La Quinta property in the future. The rates were really good. Maybe the saying you get what you pay for applies here.

There was no service for housekeeping during our 4 day stay. I requested, but I was told "No, we don't have housekeeping." Afterwards, I requested for new towels and I never received them per request. I had to get the towels myself.

The hotel is clean but our room was really disappointing TV not working, electricity faulted, desk one leg broken, no safety deposit box in the room...... the staff was nice but .....the room was really lacking

This is most horribly maintained hotel I know it is covid time everybody is going trough but this hotel has dead cockroaches in the aisle and no central ac so air is smelling and lot of old noise from upstairs rooms and they switched off complete lights and terrible experience could not believe this is under Wyndham group

Facility is Not clean and gave me room at 1am that already occupied. Luckily the guy didn’t hit me in the face for intruding. Second room they gave me has someone else clothing inside. I was too tired to complain at 2am. I locked the room to make sure no one else can open my door. I supposed to stay for three nights but Checked out next morning.

There was no electricity or water and there was none when i made my reservation!!!!

Had bugs, elevator not working, no continental breakfast

When we arrived to the room it had trash and looked like someone had slept there. Next room, they gave us another room. Smelled like smoke, (originally booked a king suite non smoking). I wasn’t happy. It was disappointing because after a long day of traveling with a baby the last thing you want to get to is all that. Resting was in my plans not airing a room out. Plus the furniture was stained. Window had no screen or lock, I opened it and aired room out. Stayed one night and booked another hotel. I like La Quinta but this time sad, sad experience.

The hotel is pet friendly, and they stay free! The hotel was clean and the staff were curtious.

We are driving across the states with 2 dogs in a truck pulling a boat looking for places to rest during our trip. This property has made it so convenience to safely park our trailer and comfort for our stay and for our pets. Staff very helpful and friendly. Katy location was also closed to every convenience by car you can think of.

Good location. You're in Houston so all is close necessity wise. Expect to drive much, though.
