Hotel is a little industrial looking, but clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing and the coffee could have been better, but exceeded expectations where it really matters. I would stay here again

The location fit our needs. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Upon check in at 9:30pm I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Breakfast could have been better with healthier options, there was no fruit, mainly starchy foods. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfy.

Perfect rooms and close to NASA center. The only thing is that the front desk called me Sunday night around 11:15 and woke me up stating for me to keep it down I guess the noise even though I was asleep and not tv on. He should have been more polite and say something like “sorry to disturb you but there’s a complain that there’s a noise but not sure if it is coming from your room”

You can adjust the tone to be harsher or softer if you like: ⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The customer service was surprisingly poor staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I raised concerns, the front desk lady said these are minor issues and she cant change my room. She didnt take my complaint seriously. The bathroom had multiple problems: the faucets dripped nonstop, and the wash basin didn’t drain properly, leaving standing water every time I used it. These are basic maintenance issues that should be addressed long before guests arrive. Overall, this stay was frustrating and far below expectations. I hope the hotel invests in proper repairs and trains the staff to provide better service, because in its current condition, I cannot recommend it.
