Cramped. Beds are tiny full size beds in a very small room.

We arrived and got someone else's room. Then got a dirty room. Then finally got a room. But it was not a king bed so we have to share a full size bed.

We were checking in when I received a text my mother had been rushed to a nearby hospital. Not only did the staff show concern the offered for any of my family who just needed to get away from the hospital for a bit to come relax in their lobby. They were awesome! The rooms were very clean as well.

Room was dark even with all lights on. The shower had what looked like mole. The door stuck and had to be pushed open with shoulder. I checked out a day early and was told they couldn't give me a refund since I booked thru Orbitz.

Clean room, nice front desk, comfortable bed. Will stay here again.

I have been a return customer. I have been to Hotel in 3 different occasions and think it is a very nice place to stay at and is very close to shopping locations and eating locations also. Rooms are remodlwd and look great.

Excellent stay each and every time. Facility is well-maintained, inside and out. There are particular Staff members that are exceptional and portray an image that Best Western should use as example for all Staff at all locations (Bobby and Kendra at front desk, in particular).

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

good hotel for the price, was for business... rooms were clean and it was in a good area. did not hang out in hotel just spent the night

We were there to visit family and we have stayed at this hotel many time in the past.We asked for a nosmoking room, the room that we where given had a bad smoking odor. We asked for another room the second room, while taking a shower the water would not drain. I pulled out of the drain a glob of hair the size of baseball and it was no homerun for them. 1)Then later after retuning to the room the card key would not open the door.2) We notified the front desk he made us a new key will we tried that one and it to did not work. 3) I went down for the second time and asked the gentelman to go open the door himself. Thats not all there's more but I'm sure you get the point.

CONS: Our whole room was very damp, including sheets and furniture. Housekeeping did very minimal and did not replace sheets, covers seemed to be just half hazardly tossed on the bed. Room was dark, not much lighting, the bathrooms were very small, could hardly turn around in it. Pool was not locked after 10pm closing and there was lots of noise from Kids and people swimming. My room was right next to the pool, had to call to complain about the noise. they did close/lock the pool a few minutes after that. Dining area very crowded and could not find seating, for my family, and they have a posted sign that your not allowed to take breakfast items to room. So we did not get any breakfast the last day PROS: Cheapest we could find online within 30 miles to Galvaston. Pool was open and clean, kids liked that. Lots of restaurants near by. very close to Kemah Boardwalk. The breakfast was decent, although the waffle machine broke the last day we were there, and you have to get early because they run out of food quick and they do not re-supply. have definatley stayed in worse motels for more money, but this place could actually be very good with a little bit more attention to details, in the end you get what you paid for. I'll pay a few dollars more and try a different motel next time. But would use this one again in a pinch.

The hotel was great. The lobby was clean and inviting. The staff was also extremely hospitable and eager to help and provide additional information on locations of area attractions. The rooms were extremely clean with an extremely cold working air conditioner. The pool was kinda small, but it was adequate. The bathrooms, too, were small but were functional. Our room had a fridge, microwave, ironing board/iron, and a nice sized TV. I have definitely stayed in worse and payed a lot more, but don't think I have stayed in too many more that equaled the experience we received. The only bad thing I could say about it, and it wasn't the hotel's fault, was the other guests staying there were rude and monopolized the breakfast area and completely took everything that was set out, which the staff did replace. And yes, the breakfast was better than the "continental" breakfast, muffin, and fruit you always get, and it was included. The kids loved making their own Texas shaped waffles and I enjoyed the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The motel was older, but clean. The bathroom barely had room to turn around, but doable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a plumbing problem that was taken care of in minutes, not hours. Breakfast had cold cereal, instant oatmeal, and a waffle maker. I would stay there again. Close to mall and dining choices.

The thing I like best about the hotel is the location, but the first of two nights in the room was a little underwhelming. It had a strange smell in the room, the bathroom was painstakingly small, and the pool was a pitiful shame. The pool was very small and dirty--but then again it was a little too cool to swim anyways--much to my kids chagrin. The breakfast was okay, but could've had more of a variety. Guess I'm just spoiled. There wasn't enough towels for a family of five. I will say that the staff was awesome and very helpful with directions, and the wireless internet was great, also I needed to print some information and was able to use the computer and printer in lobby. I would most probably return to hotel for an overnighter, but definitely not for a family vacay.

Room was average, but neat and clean. Parking adequate. I did not go to the breakfast, but family members did and said it was good. Location is excellent for seeing nearby Kemah or NASA facilities. Lots of great restaurants in the area, so having no restaurant at this motel is not a problem.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, but in the morning there was a different person at the front desk (male)he was very rude to my husband, we did not appreciate it. Besides that everything else was good.

This hotel was definitely great for the price. My biggest complaint was that it was very small, but worth the price! Very clean, and comfortable. Nice size pool. Continental breakfast was good but not great. I really liked that this hotel was surrounded by many businesses and near NASA,10-15 min from Kemah Boardwalk, and 30 min. from Galveston. Would definitely stay there again!!

Hotel chosen for location and discounted price. The children enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast. The NASA discounts at the reservation desk were much appreciated.

Was on main road so it was convenient from Airport and to family's homes. Only complaint (which is like many other hotels) You have to almost stand in tub to close the bathroom door.

As I said I give it 2 thumbs up....very pleased over all with our stay!!!!
