Super 8 by Wyndham League City

The staff was behind the counter was not friendly the rooms were not clean had to make up my own living quarters should have checked it when I checked in just checked in and went to dinner hey I had a late evening with the family come back to the room what's 30 they did give me clean sheets to do the bed check to see if we can get living quarters for the couple of days we were there could not by this point we will never stay at 8 another Super 8

Family friendly. Indoor pool. Good location. Friendly staff.

Room had a bad odor & was giving a double bed when I reserved a king 🙃

Great location. Check in staff was rude and huffed. It felt like I interrupted his TV show. Room had a terrible smell. There was a mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling. Just disgusting

Terrible place - old and no elevator. Would not stay again or refer anyone there.

Easy check-in. No problems Inside pool. Good place to stay.

The room was clean and up to spec, and the front desk was friendly and courteous, i had no.problems checking in or out

This hotel needs a deep cleaning. The staff was completely uninterested in guests.

When I arrived to pay for my room I was told I couldn't pay with cash. Which would have been fine but a month before I had called about paying and wasn't told I couldn't use cash. Once I tracked down a bank to deposit my money so I could use my card I went back to the hotel and was able to check in. When I got in my room there were gold fish crackers on the floor. My husband went down stairs to tell the front desk and he just smiled and said ok. No one ever came to vacuum them up. Other than that the room was comfortable and livable. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted but it kept our stuff cold. The microwave worked. The morning guy at the front desk was ok. I did not deal with the night time front desk guy. The rest of the staff was horrible. They looked at you with no expressions on their faces. I'm pretty sure the family that owns the hotel lives on the premises. When housekeeping came I was still in my room. She knocked on my door and handed me a shampoo and a conditioner, and 2 towels. She then saw all my dirty towels waiting in a pile. She told me to put them in the cart in the hallway. I then went to sit on my bed and waited to see what she would do next. When she came back she looked at me, looked at the pile of towels, and then looked at the cart. She seemed to be upset that I did not put the towels in the hallway. Sorry not my job. She did not clean the bathroom or leave toilet paper. The beds weren't changed. The floor was never vacuumed.

The room floors were not cleaned. I do not believe they had a vacuum cleaner. They did not clean the toilet. they never replaced the soap. The bath exhaust fan would not remove the moisture leaving the room very humid. One of the tenants was cooking with curry that left smoke and smell through out the second floor hall that did not dissipate for many days. The TV remote did not work very well. The breakfast only had two cereals, a waffle maker and toast. Nothing else. There was coffee and juice. There were no towels for the pool. The back door was not secured.

The Ac was off so the room was hot for a long time, my sister has asthma and we could not stay here so we left and they charge me anyway. And the spa is filled with cement. Both rooms smelled like smoke and they are dirty

Not bad for a Super 8. People were very nice and friendly. Room was a little out date but relatively clean. If all you need is a place to crash I give it a thumbs up.

Really all I did was sleep for a few hours there. There are a couple of good restaurants to eat at nearby.

Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were clean. We ran a little behind on our checkout time deciding if we needed to book another night for our event. We did stay an extra night. The staff was easily able to keep our same room as well. I look forward to returning next year for the same event and staying at the same hotel.

Ok, we paid $70 a night for this hotel because it was one of the cheapest deals near Galveston, Kemah/Seabrook, and it was a good location to all. However, it was dirty and it smelled. We asked for a non-smoking room and got one, but the smoking rooms are downstairs, the non-smoking are upstairs. Smoke rises! It was smelly ad hard to breath. There's no elevator, you climb those stairs. They do not clean the carpets. Food was left on carpets all weekend. Trash was stacked up outside entrance. and breakfast.... forget it. It barely exist. Bring your own or go out for breakfast. I will not return. For the price, I could have gotten much closer to the beach and a nicer hotel with an elevator.

4:30 pm room not ready. 5:00 pm gave me another room. Very unpleasant smelling, carpet sticky and dirty. Bathroom area was nice. Pool area pretty scary. Very noisy, left at 6:00 am had enough
