We had a nice weekend. Everyone was as helpful and polite with all are needs. Would go to stay their again and recommend it to people.

No complaints. Room was clean and just as pictures online. Staff was very friendly. Appreciated the restaurant and bar downstairs.

Pool was cold and Jacuzzi was lukewarm. No continental breakfast.

The whole facility appears to be very well taken care of. The room was clean and not stuffy like most hotels in the area. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs that looked nice.

Great food options in walking distance. On a very thriving street. Only issue is that there was no continental breakfast and the options delivered to your room did not seem worth it. Hot tub was nice.

The room was comfortable and clean. The best feature would be the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast buffet was good but pricey for the selections.

great area, and not far from the boardwalk. went here to visit kemah for my bday

May not sound far but we booked Webster to spend the day in Galveston. Next time we'll spend the little bit more for staying closer. Told there was in indoor heated pool. Nearly died of hypothermia and it was much smaller than the picture leads you to believe. Hand rail to enter the pool not only broken but laying next to the wall leaving slick tile floors and holes to avoid. Jacuzzi was warm but murky leading you to believe you were not alone in the bubbles. If you just need somewhere to sleep find a better rate - extras didn't exist.

Very help full young lady on reception did a great jo making me feel welcome. Gave me 2 room keys, the internet password, a breakfast voucher without me having to ask. I tried the free coffee and it was not very hot so the same receptionist rushed off to get me a fresh pot. Very nice hotel and staff.

Very nice people, very very very clean! Nice restaurant where the kids ate free and tv's at the table. Wii set up in Loby that my 10 yr old loved! Walking distance to lots of eating places. Big fluffy beds. 35 mins from Stewart Beach. I will never stay anywhere else but at a new Holiday Inn from now on !

My husband and I decided to get out of Houston for a night with our 18 month old son. I called ahead to the hotel to make sure that there would be a crib available for my son and was told that there would be one waiting. When we arrived and asked for a crib they told us they would have to find one. Later they came back and told us that there were no more. When we asked what we were supposed to do, the person at the front desk told us we could go stay at another hotel and that they would refund us our money. The hotel was nice looking, but to be told to find another hotel AFTER we had already arrived and been told the agreed upon equiptment would be there was unacceptable. We ended up having to purchase a play-pen for the night.

We went here to visit the Johnson Space Center and Houston. The location was great for the Space Center and it was our first target when we did the reservation. To visit Houston, it might be good but around 30 minutes away with a good traffic from downtown. The staff was nice and the room was great !

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past 2 years. Previously, the hotel has been very comfortable and well-maintained. Unfortunately, it seems to be slipping. The room smelled of mold and old cigar smoke, the bathrooms were not clean (hair at the base of the toilet), and the floors in the lobby did not appear to have been cleaned once over the 3 days/2 nights I was there. The grout in the tiling was dirty. This was a great hotel 2 years ago, what happened??

We took the family for a birthday celebration. The Hotel was incredible. Everything looked exactly like the pictures on their website. I was really impressed and the staff was great too. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

The Holiday Inn was very elegant, nice size rooms, and very friendly desk staff. The only negative I have about this hotel is the pool area which is very small, luckily we were there during the week so we had the pool to ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was huge and classy. Brand new hotel. It was a great bargain. [...]

The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was nice for the kids to play when is was not nice weather outside.
