The maid never cleaned the room, garbage bin was overflowing. Room AC/Heater was very noisy. Property is not up to par with other Hampton Inns. Pool and Hot Tub were filthy and smelly lacking chlorination, I caught athletes foot fungus there. Hallway has very low ceilings, you may hit your head if you are over 6 feet tall. My advise is to stay at different hotel. This one unfortunately is poorly maintained :(

Staff was nice. But, room was dirty. It hadn’t dusted or been vacuumed—there were Bobby pins, and crumbs all over, dirt on the windowsills, and the a/c units were grimy. They advertise throughout that they are complying with CDC guidelines, but that’s debatable given the state of our room. We had requested a room to sleep 6, with a kitchenette, which we expected to have a stovetop since it stated so online, but there wasn’t one and only 3 spoons. We also expected there would be breakfast in the morning but all they offered was a paper sack with an orange, a cereal bar, and juice box. I understand covid concerns, but we had stayed at another hotel recently that actually offered breakfast as advertised. This was a joke. The pool was green, so you could tell it had not been properly cleaned in a while and all the patio chairs were broken. Safe to say that given the price, we expected a lot more.
The shower in that room was awful! The shower head would rotate an end up facing toward the shower curtain. The second night, it caused flooding in the bathroom. The toilet itself, was not flushing properly and was very loud. I was very disappointed since the rooms cost over $100 each night.
