Our shower door feel off the 1st night, I did not report it until the next day; because I did not want anyone in our room while we were out. AC made a high pitch loud noise (I wear earplugs and could hear the noise with the earplugs in) Called the office and they said it was normal (No, that was too loud). Roach in our room, I did report that also. I really like the hotel and have stayed there before with no issues. This trip was unusual.
