Staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar were moderately priced. Pool was great. Had an overall good experience. But the hotel rooms looked like an old holiday inn that had been redone. I was expecting something a little nicer for the amount we paid but staff and amenities made up for the dated factor.

staff was great and helpful.. nice bar and restaurant

Hotel is falling apart. Sounded like a helicopter going off in our room with AC problems. Me and the wife were not able to sleep for three days. We asked the hotel staff to fix it and they never did despite saying they would have it looked at. Complained about it again at check out and received a simple sorry. Three days no sleep and the hotel gives you a little sorry instead of making it right. Tile on rooms ceilings looks cheap and room was not cleaned upon check in. Room did not have all the towels or amenities like soap when we checked in. Did not see that stuff until the following day. Overall very disappointing for the price we paid. Wife and I switched to the Hampton Inn which was much better and ranked 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Decided to take my parent to Kemah for their anniversary.. I like the hotel pool and resort feat from a previous stay. However this time thee hotel room was nice .. But the feat features was the worst. Buyer be ware the are under contruction. No hot tub, no pool no swim up bar. Def don't think I should be charged full price. Management was kind and took a 20% disc off but still I'm a little disappointed .

Went for husbands work Christmas party. Very nice room and decorations. Food was great. Our room was very comfortable and nice size. A very relaxing stay.

The hotel was very nice, showy with a super nice lobby. My son loved the pool! However, I was disappointed that we could not even get a cup of coffee in the lobby of such a nice hotel. Our room was super cold when we arrived 62 so we requested someone come check on it since we were unable to get it to run a little warmer. Staff was super nice and helpful. After it was adjusted however it then ran at about 75 which was then too warm. Technician mentioned the type of system they had was difficult to regulate...I'll say!

Hotel was in an excellent location and the front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Our room was on the 8th floor and we had a nice view of the marina. The room was large and spacious. The pool was well maintained and fun for all ages. We also went to the fitness center and the staff there was also very friendly. The amenities were very nice. The only negative thing was the room temperature. We joked we were in the Artic the entire time. It was about 50 Degrees and the only way to change it was to prop open the door or shut off the air. We also ate in the bar area on our first night and the food was very good, large portions. I ordered a drink from the specialty menu and it was very good, very strong! We will return as it was a great value and a nice hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Staff helpful with climate control issue. A small fridge and microwave would be welcome.

Great experience! Lots of options at hotel, great pool and drinks! Parking was easy, check out was a breeze

We stayed at this hotel for a conference, and actually stayed in three separate rooms during our stay. The rooms were clean. Two of the three rooms had very comfortable beds; one did not. The air conditioner was stuck at 61 degrees in all three rooms...we had to turn it off to sleep. Drain was plugged in one bathtub. Great breakfast buffet, but hostess didn't wipe tables down between guests.

Hotel was very nice for the price and was located in the middle of me kemah boardwalk and nasa which is why we went to tx. Awesome stay!

Hotel was great, great staff, great pool, great amenities. The room didn't quite measure up to the rest of the hotel, though. The beds weren't real comfortable, and it was a little cramped.

Hotel was nice and so was the staff. Bathroom were pretty small and the room was just ok. The remote didn’t work and the room was clean but you could tell it was close to the salt water. All in all I would stay there again

This place is not a resourt, by any stretch of the imigination. No food, no liquor, no nothing. You are on your own. Be warned. There is a Krogers about 1/2 mile away. Get something before you check in. I had been drinking too much to think it was safe for me to go there for something to eat. We went here for a wedding. I did not want to stay. Wife says we are staying becasue they are having an Easter brunch and she wants to be with family. We are told that there is a brunch a month before, but are never asked to make reservations. So when we show up and check in we are informed the brunch is sold out! No one in the family was able to go to the brunch. The wedding couple had to go to Kehima for breakfast becasue the breaksfast was closed due to the brunch. To make things worse the bar close early the night before with 2 weddings going on to get ready for the brunch. We ended up eating Easter Sunday Brunch at a bar, Bombshells, in Webster. We did not have a brunch but hamburgers and beer. What a dissapointment with the resort. Thank God for the local watering hole!

Really enjoyed this girls-weekend getaway. The location is excellent, enjoyed walking by the docks where the yatchs are kept. Very relaxing atmosphere. At same time enjoyed the lounge and the entertainment was very pleasant in the evenings. Room was very clean and comfortable, this particular room had a balcony, view was excellent. Hotel's location was only a couple of miles from Kemah Boardwalk and close to other little restaurants. Will for sure like to return to this Hotel.

Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed. Nice location in an excellent location.

Planned to play some golf, while waiting to cruise, but got rained out. Very nice accommodations, with nice view of harbor.

The bed was absolutely horrible. The bathroom was small and not functional. The room also needed some maintenance.

The GPS we rented from Budget at IAH did not "send" us to the hotel, we ended up in a residential area. It did not identify the given address. The ladies at the front desk told me it was not the first time. Our first night was without incident. It is a large hotel. The second night I could hear noise for a long time, doors slamming and loud talking. I have never managed a small or large hotel. It would be nice if guests were spaced in some distances and those needing rest would not be disturbed.

Very good location and very nice overhaul. ill worht the money spent
