Welcome to our charming new 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home, perfectly situated only 2 blocks from Galveston Bay in sunny San Leon, TX. Immerse yourself in comfort and style at our modern day bay house bungalow, where the main living area is upstairs and the downstairs garage has a game room ready for lots of family fun!!

Our home is centrally located to some of the best restaurants on the Gulf Coast, and only a few blocks away from Mooner Beach with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

6th Street in San Leon is a charming and peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by the natural beauty of the Texas Gulf Coast. The area is known for its relaxed, coastal atmosphere and friendly community spirit.

The close location to Galveston Bay presents the opportunity for water activities such as boating, fishing, and sailing. Local restaurants in the vicinity boast an impressive selection of the freshest seafood available along the Gulf Coast.



Getting Around:

This home can accommodate 3 vehicles only! There is parking available in the driveway. It can hold up to 2 cars. The street does have a green space in front of the house that can hold 1 vehicle. We ask that you please do NOT block your neighbor's driveways, the flow of traffic on the street, or the mailbox area.

If you have more than 3 vehicles, please let us know & we will share the additional parking instructions.



There is a garage remote you may use during your stay. You will find it in the basket under the TV. Please don't lose it as there is a $100 replacement fee.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is centrally located to some of the freshest seafood restaurants in all of San Leon.

Pier 6 is 2 blocks away & has a great bay views, an amazing menu, & delicious cocktails.

Top Water Grill is also waterfront, with a good menu. Seasonal fishing tournaments frequently live from here.

Gilhooley's is known for their oysters, plus a good home style cooking menu. Their patio area frequently has live music & they are only 2 minutes away from the house.

Clean the grill before leaving (if you used it). Our cleaner charges $50 if she has to clean it.
Please set there AC up to 76 in the summer; Turn the heat down to 68 in the winter

The beds and pillows were probably the most comfortable of any VRBO or hotel we’ve stayed at. The house is very nice and our stay was great. If you’re planning on cooking there, just be aware there aren’t any measuring cups, but we improvised.
