I checked in and I checked right back out . The room was filthy. The odor was nasty . I returned the key and left . I still await my receipt I was told would be emailed to me . I was told it’s mine refunded. So I will dispute with a firm . First time I experienced this with Homewood suites .

Was very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, same everyday, eggs, sausage, tots, tortillas, and toppings ,cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee, muffins and toast. Online shows they have a hot tub by the pool, shows in pictures as well. But they no longer have one, it have been cemented over. This was a main point in choosing this hotel for us, so this was disappointing. This needs to be taked down and removed for when choosing this selection for searching. The bed was very uncomfortable. A firm mattress. Very firm. Our backs were hurting for the last 2 days. We stay in Homewood Suites alot. It is our 1st choice when we can find one and this was the 1st time the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall stay was pleasant and quite. Homewood suites is 9 out 10 for us. This one in particular, for us we will skip if in the area again.
