Beware of plane noise since it is directly beside the airport. I thought convince, no no no! Noise kept me up all night and I had a very early flight out.
Overall, the hotel was great for staying overnight between flights. I had issues reaching the hotel by phone to request the airport shuttle. It took me 4 times to call to get someone pick up the phone. I almost gave up. Once I reached the person on the other end, all issues were resolved though. Thanks!
Overall the property is okay for a one night stay. The property is dated, the ice machine is old, the doors could use a fresh coat of paint and the hallways were dark. The pros to staying in this hotel is that it is extremely close to the airport and they offer an airport shuttle. However, the first room we were given had a strong odor, possibly emitting from the carpet. The clerk apologized and promptly moved us. The second room was better however, the bathroom floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned as we found some hair.
The hotel and the room appeared to be new and was in really good condition with a modern design.

This is a standard Hampton Inn, pretty new and much like the one where I stay in Miami. Clean, comfortable and practical. I was disappointed that the normal 24/7 coffee was not available due to the Covid 19 Pandemic but it is nice to have a bright happy looking place to make my overnight comfortable.

Van service appalling. Does not start until like 5am. Too late for 6am flight. Waited for an hour for pickup. Competitors came by twice. Will never stay at this hotel again.
