It's hard to even find this joint along the busy road. As soon as you step inside, there's nothing but plastic sheeting and dust everywhere. I understand all hotel need to renovate from time to time, but they could clean up in the evenings. (I arrived 8pm) I asked for a simple thing - to change my check out from 12 noon to 1pm. One hour! And they said no. And it wasn't as if they were sorry but it's a company rule. The woman acted like it was a personal insult to her. The bathroom is poorly designed and cramped, the room itself is ok, but tired. If you want a two star hotel, choose this one. I wouldn't give it any more than that.

The location was good, the wifi was fast as advertised, the room was clean, comfortable, and affordable....what else could you want?

I have stayed in better hotels in the area where the hotel facilities were better and the hotel offered great breakfast. This hotel has a nicer room, bigger TV, but no facilities no breakfast. Anyways, hotels in Hong Kong are expensive and not the best in the world. This one was OK.

Hotel was adequate for my needs. When in Hong Kong, you do not spend much time in your room. The only drawback was a foul odor coming from the bathroom shower. Smelled like sewer but it was only noticeable when taking a shower. Other than that, a simple small, yet clean room.

The Wifi Hotel was a nice place to stay. While the rooms are small compared to American hotels the room was just fine for single traveller. The location is close to the Causeway shopping area and the MTR station. which makes getting around Hong Kong very easy. the room was kept clean and the staff was very nice. There was some noise from the street on the weekend but not enough to keep me awake. Overall a pleasant stay and I will return here on next visit.

I picked this hotel as it was quite central to the shops and the MTR so I could travel about easily and also was reasonably priced compared to the other hotel rates in the same area. I found out when I got there that floors 1 to 4 internal construction had not been completed and were being worked on. I was grateful though that the construction work started at 11am and finished for the day in the afternoon, so construction noise was not an issue. The lifts were shared with guests and construction workers and their equipment. The room I had was small but adequate. I found the air conditioning was extremely noisy. There were no extras such as a stocked 'bar' in the room. It did have a kettle and a microwave oven that was on a very high shelf, so unless you were tall, you may have trouble using it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The internet access was free, and wireless however I could only receive email but not send email like I could at all the other hotels I've stayed at. The hotel staff did not go out of their way to be helpful. There was no escort to the room when I checked in.
