Room was clean though not luxurious. And Everything in room worked fine. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. Just wish, they would add or change dishes occasionally. Great gym. This hotel Is my base in HK, thus I must like it. Empolyee Paul Chan, who works at congierge desk, is quite helpful and a great guy.

Booked the junior suite 3 nights for 2 adults, one child 3 years old and a baby 4 months old. The room was big enough with a separate living area and a crib as requested. But the room was freezing cold. The control for the temperature was not working at all. The mother and two young ones only stayed for the first night and moved away. Told the hotel and they brought a heater on the second day which was better but too loud. So the mother and 2 kids didn’t stay for the other two nights. None of us had the breakfast and afternoon tea too. Hong Kong is not a cold place. How could that hotel room be so cold? The two young kids are having fever now. Hotel has a convenient location but will never go back. What a waste of money for paying a suite that the family of 4 couldn’t enjoy and even moved away after the first night.

We stayed at the Novotel for 6 nights this time. Staff was willing to help and accommodating on late check out. A concierge staff even checked with the taxi driver to make sure it is cheaper than Uber when we headed back to the airport. Hotel location is also fantastic - in Wanchai and close to CWB.

I would especially like to commend Paul, the Concierge, whose outstanding service truly made our stay exceptional. Paul went above and beyond in assisting us with navigating Hong Kong, providing excellent recommendations, clear directions, and valuable local knowledge. In addition, we were extremely grateful for his thoughtful assistance regarding my 100-year-old aunt who visited us at the hotel. Paul kindly guided us on arranging a handicap-accessible Uber and helped ensure we could comfortably reach our specialty restaurant. The main corridor of the floor is smelly due to poor ventilation. The carpet is worn. The room furniture is very basic. Every time when other guest close their door, my door will make knocking noise due to air pressure, but for the first day I thought someone is knocking at my door. I would expect more from this rate.
