Mediocre hotel that seems to cater primarily to mainland tourists and feels like a mainland hotel. On the positive side, the location is good, with really convenient access to public transport, the MTR, Ocean Park, and South Island. Our room was large and clean. On the negative side, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the quality of staff and food in the restaurant was poor, breakfast was lousy and cold. It’s just a place to sleep at a decent price but nothing more.
Favorite hotel in Hong Kong. Rooms are so much bigger than other hotels for the same price. Convenient to buses, and the bus only takes 15 minutes to Causeway bay. Staying here is so much better than staying in Kowloon.
The positives are: nice sparkling pool, outdoor pool area and gym. Two friendly full time lifeguards. Too bad the pool hours are 8a to 7p. Two professional gym trainers. The room size is good, with hardwood floor. Lots of negatives: need to take taxi, if you don't wait to walk 5 to 10 min to bus or subway. Street is dusty, because it is located in an industrial area with lots of vacant buildings. if hotel provides shuttle service to MTR or nearby shopping areas, that would be a plus. Resaturant food is fair. no stores or shops inside hotel. The bathroom had urine smell. I asked the staff to wipe and mop the bathroom door, but the smell still persisted.

The rooms are a little bit small but clean. The hotel staff is very nice. We took our grandkids to Ocean Park which was very convenient because it was only one stop away on the MTR.
