nice near the subway clean bed mattress is very hard

Breakfast was good. Conveniently located near MTR, ding ding, money exchange, restaurants, and convenience store. Surrounding area is super old and run down looking. Staff is not rude, but super cold and unfriendly.

Booked a double room with breakfast, only one voucher is given at check in. Breakfast is substandard for a 4* star rating. Front desk staff is sometimes unfriendly and not very accommodating, blaming the supplier's policy. I won't stay here again myself. Location is good, almost opposite to MRT Tin Hau on the island line

I loved the location, the pool, and a rather large room with a view.

Two people per room, but only include 1 breakfast.

After a 20 hours flight, upon check in at 11am, only 1 person was working (not very friendly either). He won't let us check in our room until after 2pm. We are a family of 4 (11 and 9 year old), even tho hotel comes with breakfast, they only provide 1 breakfast per room per day voucher. So we figure we will only eat breakfast every other day as a family at the hotel (we stay there for 5 nights with 10 breakfast voucher).. when we went to breakfast the 2nd day, they said we have wasted 2 voucher already, since they are time-sensitive and we cannot combine them.. might as well not offer any breakfast!! We have stay in hotel that comes with breakfast in many different countries, this is the first that it has so much restriction and for double occupancy.. only 1 person get to have breakfast voucher! Even tho the cleaning staff are nice, the staffs at the lobby aren't very friendly at all.. and the worst part of the hotel is the BED.. after a long day exploring the city.. the bed is like sleeping on the floor.. I couldn't get a good night sleep until our next destination in Macau.

bath room ..old dated and not 100 clean...only 3 star hotel !!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel location is very good, room is big compared to other Hong Kong hotels. I liked their wood floor rather than carpet floors. Bathroom is a little smelly.

Nice clean hotel. Staff is helpful, very convenient location, next to Metro Train Station

Hotel was generally okay but a certain front desk guy was arrogant. Not sympathetic to guest's questions at all.

The location was convenient for my wife and I. There is an MTR station directly across the street and a bus terminal. I have stayed here in the past, but now they also include a complimentary breakfast.

Good value. Good location. Close to subway station, tram stop, bus stop, park, food, market, Starbuck.

L'Hotel was very convenient to the subway system and all forms of transportation. It is very convenient to all the downtown spots. We had a room with a beautiful view and it was very quiet and comfortable The staff were exceptional! They were very polite, knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions - the concierge was particularly helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel for it quality and value, we plan to use it again when we visit Hong Kong

Thisnis the 2nd time I choose this hotel. Very convenience.

Booked the property for a standard room and was upgraded to a nice corner room suite. Room 1903. Upon entering the property the bell man saw me and my girlfriend and he helped with my luggage while I was being processed at the check-in counter. No issues at all during check-in as the receptionist helped me with all the regular hotel formalities. Once I was all checked in and got my room key, I went to the elevator with the bell man and together we went up the elevator to our room 1903. Upon entering the room, we were extremely delighted at the size of the room. There was the main living area with seperate washroom/shower, and then in the other room we had the bedroom with it's own washroom, shower and bath tub overlooking the bed. This was the largest room I've stayed in, in Hong Kong. I've stayed at other 5 star properties, and paid 4x the price and did not get such a large room before. Very nice. I think it was because we booked a one night stay, and the revenue management at the hotel decided it was better to give us the one night in a nicer room and to hold the standard rooms for guests staying more then one night. But that's just my thinking. There's some minor details in the room's cleaniness that could be looked into such as the nooks and cranny's of the bathroom, and also I noticed some of the conditioners and body lotion bottles seem to have very old dates on them, over 2 years ago. Even if the date meant it was the production day, a 2 year shelf life of hair conditioner or body lotion is a bit questionable. We had a good nights stay at this room. The room included a refrigerator, however internet was wired but was charged a fee. The location of this hotel is directly across the street from the Tin Hau MTR station Exit A2. Once you reach the MTR station exit, there is a traffic light crosswalk. Cross the street, and turn left for 15 metres and you will have reached the entrance to the hotel. Excellent location if you're looking to save money on Taxi fares etc. No problems/issues with checking out of the hotel.

Nice rooms --- we enjoyed it ---- no HBO no CNN no free WiFi in the rooms

Located is good. Close to public transportation. Next to Victoria Park. Short distance to the heart of Causeway Bay where all the shops and restaurants are.

The young guy at the desk "upgraded" my wife and I to a room with twin beds. On our anniversary. Beds were rock hard. Not necessarily terrible, but very different than the standards pillow top beds in US business hotels. Pool is really nice. Location is very convenient. Literally across the street from an MTR stop. Tram and buses are also right there.

The location of the hotel was perfect. the MTR was just across the street. There was plenty of food near by. The hotel provided internet access on two computers which was great! The staff was very helpfull as well. For the price we paid we were very happy...

The only Hotel I stay have no Wi-Fi !! Very bad. location is good, easy in and out. Over price (may be high season)
