Staff were nice, professional. The shuttle bus from Hong Hong Station was on time and efficient, both to and from the hotel. View from the deluxe room, 16th floor was quite nice with beautiful cityscape and some water visible. Housecleaning kept the room clean. I would like to have hard wood floors; the carpet was ok, but carpet becomes quite dirty, makes me uneasy. The bed was not comfortable, it was hard; it seemed dated. And it made my hips and back sore during the 4 nights. Only 2 pillows on the bed, but more were brought promptly upon request from housekeeping. I vastly prefer hotel rooms that have a window that at least opens a little to allow fresh air in; this hotels windows are sealed (apparently for safety). The air con was ok, but also seemed dated. Would give 5 stars if windows at least opened a crack, and bed was updated. Location of hotel is excellent for my needs

Spotless room, fantastic location, courteous and friendly staff. The rooms facing the city offer incredible views of the skyline on Hong Kong Island, some harbor views and see across to Kowloon through the spaces between sky-scrapers. It is walkable to Zoo and Botanical gardens, which is worth a visit. Also, close to other nearby tourist attractions like station for Victoria Peak tram, 4 mins away by bus and Man Mo Temple, about 15 to 20 mins. away walking. Hollywood Road nearby also offers some shopping and dining options. Good Value, Great stay!

Great location & very convenient free shuttle bus. Only had 36 hours in Hong Kong but our stay was comfortable, combined with the ideal location we were able to achieve a great deal. Only downside was the small size of our room but given our short stay this wasn't an issue.

Overall very good hotel for the price. Good points are the staff are efficient and friendly, good value breakfast, and the shuttle bus to the airport station is handy. Bad point was that the shower in our room was very small and the temperature of the water was difficult to regulate. Towels were what you’d get in a 4 star hotel.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the size of the room.we would definitely book this hotel again but with a bigger room.The hotel was in easy walking distance from escalator to take you to the bottom for shops,restaurants and bars in the morning. The escalator then changes to take you back up later.
