Very small room for the price and location
Our room was so gross we were offered a refund and still elected to not stay there. Our bedding was covered with pee and blood stains and the room had damage on just about everything. We couldn't even call the front desk as the phone had the buttons ripped out of it. Charging $190 a night for our room is criminal.

Only stayed one night but it was a great stay. Room was clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious. There’s a Dave & Buster’s closet by as well as shops and various restaurants. Would stay here again!
Room was better than I thought, worth a short stay
The staff was nice. It looked like parts of the hotel were under construction. The hotel was nice and is near areas to shop and dining.
Quiet, limited service due to Pandemic. No breakfast, no cleaning service, towels at Service Desk. I understand the emergency condition but... the mall neighborhood has gone downhill so fast. Closed stores & shops leaving vacant storefronts waiting for another break-in. Sad to say that ALL LIVES DON’T MATTER!!! Just the local inhabitants run the show, even in Pgh.
Hotel had a funky smell in the hallways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to many places.
Bathroom was not cleaned from previous guest. Old soap and shampoo still in shower and on sink. Men’s dirty running shoes from previous guest in room too Desk clerk came up and was very apologetic and professional, asked us to switch rooms. , took pictures of the unfinished cleaning for management. Still love this hotel .
Hotel is in waterfront area which has shops and restaurants and easy parking. Great choice if you want to be close to the city but not in it.
Everything is wonderful except the paper supplies. I would love softer tissues and toilet paper.
