We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and we were travelling with our dog. It was perfect for our needs. We had a double queen room on the main floor with a walk out sliding door. We originally requested a king room, but we were offered the double queen as the king rooms were on the 4th or 5th floors. I was leery because of some of the negative reviews, but we found this place to clean and safe with a great price. The check-in staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. It's a great location for access to UMass Amherst and the town of Amherst.
I was very pleased with the hotel..they cleaned the room every day gave fresh linens and towels daily..when I return back to Ma. I will stay at the Knights Inn again.. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice and well maintained property with great access to Springfield and West Springfield. Rooms are good size and very clean . Breakfast is very good , but can get busy . Overall a very nice stay ! DB
