This is my second time staying here. previously I had an issue with the external doors not locking. this time I was on the second floor exact same issue. I never felt safe leaving anything in my room. I did enjoy the pool.

Everyone was friendly and nice very clean the pool was amazing and super clean my family and i we love it and we willing to come back again the sliding door was perfect bc my husband and i we smoke. Thanks again first time experience 10/10. My 2 sons like it the snack lobby they kept buying lol 😂 but so did my husband and i 😍♥️😈🤪😂thanks again Ramada family

Most $300 for this room and it’s clearly a property they are not spending money to upkeep. The drapes are full of holes, they have TAPE on the sliding door to hold it together. The bathroom floor is nasty (no way I’m showering and putting my bare feet on that floor). Gaps in the walls in the bathroom with black mold, etc.

offers airport shuttle on website. i stay one night. at 8am the next morning i ask front desk how often the airport shuttle is available. they say “you need to let us know one day in advance.” if that’s the case, which i think is stupid anyways, then they should have asked me on CHECK-IN if i planned on using the airport shuttle. i would’ve said yes. this cost me $20 for uber. also the shower head is very low, i’m 5’11 and had to duck down a full foot to wash my face.

When arriving in the room we noticed the sticky floors immediately. When putting our belongings on the counters, those were also sticky and clearly had not been cleaned. The handle to the bathroom door was half way hanging out of the door and stuck at times. The shower also had not been cleaned as there was a pair of women's thong underwear hanging from inside the dirty, yellow shower curtain. 2 of the 3 towels provided were also dirty with stains. We made the front desk aware our linens were dirty and they brought up one single sheet. Not a fitted sheet to change or a replacement blanket. I am extremely disappointed after paying $160 a night to stay in filth.

I can see some of the remodeling they have done. Entry, rooms, but it cant really help the outside. Its really dated and looks terrible from the inside looking out. You dont really see the outside until your inside but it needs help. Its a very old motel getting refurbished. Noisy guests, but not the hotels fault. My sink had cracks in it, but didnt effect my stay. They shower is ok, but the way the shower curtain is hung, it keeps opening on you. My room was refurbed, but its cheaply done. Mattress is new, but its cheap. Bedding was new but scratchy. Its a value hotel and its certainly on the lower end of value. The breakfast was mobbed with guests ( not the hotels fault) but its literally 2 buffet tables with make your own. I get it, its free but c'mon. Overall, its cheap its a cheap hotel, but the price seems high for what you get. I wont be back

Hotel was a bit of run down, free hot breakfast was cold, even at 8am, one day just offer on the go breakfast, no reason why?? and they moved the breakfast in front of the big windows on a hot day, no ice or protection for the food, milk, yogurts, no tea, no hot chocolate, and room was not clean had to get my own towels. How you expect tourists to tip!!!

The room was disappointing. It had stains all over the place, including the pillows. We asked for new pillows, where they originally said, no we are out of pillows. We then said well can we have some clean pillows? Only then did they bring us two pillows. The front desk service was terrible and the sink in the bathroom shoots water everywhere

Should not be on Orbitz. We have never had a bad experience with Orbitz bookings. This hotel lobby was beautiful. Everything else was dirty. Mold in the bathroom, see photos. Trash piled up in hallway across from our room. Thought it was just there. Nope, every place had it. Broken out side door into the hotel. No hot water in either shower or sink. Would not even try breakfast due to the conditions at hotel did not want to get food poisoning. Again, not sure how this hotel is an option on Orbitz.

I mean for the price it’s alright a few issues I had the pool was a bit dirty ,my ac would work but made a terrible noise at times,my toilet didn’t flush had to get someone to fix that. I honestly thought the two beds were nice and clean aswell as towels,pillows,furniture in general it was okay. Just needs some improvements and it’s perfect.

This hotel was fine. Not going to eat off the floor but clean. Staff were friendly enough. My family stayed here for a few days because my husband had a conference in the area and it was the closest hotel in our price range with a pool. Our biggest complaint was no fan or vent in the shower, which made the bathroom floor very wet after anyone had a shower. All the floors were hard, not carpeted, so the dampness created a bit of a slipping hazard, especially for my 4 yr old. They also didn’t have towels in the pool area, which meant we were perpetually short of dry towels in the room. This made the wet bathroom floor even worse as we were constantly trying to dry the floor and still have enough towels.

Enjoyed the Stay..Nice Spot…Friendly People!

Arrived Friday for 4D/3N stay, check-in was swift no problems., staff is very hospitable and nice. At first glance seemed pretty clean. Apparently they host a lot of functions, a birthday party the first night, second night a wedding. The indoor pool water was freezing. The continental breakfast was nice the cleanliness, saw housekeeping yet no one came to clean or remake beds. I didn’t see anyone in the hotel cleaning which attributed to a lot of debris and trash on the floors, hallways and the stairwells. The exit door adjacent the stairwell was broken when we arrived was now completely off and replaced with caution tape, and paint tape…by the end of night three the door had not been repaired, and was just open. Major safety concerns and it left the hallway very cold, especially after leaving the pool. There’s a place called Malibu bar and lounge adjacent to the hotel, seemed like a nice place to grab a few drinks and bust a few dance moves but they were charging a $50 cover charge just to come in which was pretty disappointing. Vent in the bathroom was filled with dust. Pillowcases, shams, blinds, balcony area were dirty. And although there were only two levels, the water pressure was very low in the water did not get very hot, placement of showerhead was crazy, I’m 5’9 and the showerhead came to my neck, had to duck down to wash my hair and fully rinse. Overall stay was nice, location was chill near airport. I would stay here again 🙂
