1) They advertised airport transportation included, yet they had no shuttle service. I had to pay extra and pay an Uber to get to the hotel. 2) there was no tv signal for my one night there, meanwhile I paid for tv service. 3) I paid fully for my booking, meanwhile these amenities were not provided. And if I ask for a refund of sorts or compensation, I am looked upon as a villain or bad guy asking to be compensated for amenities I PAID for and they didn't provide!!!

The room was clean yet the floors were broken, vinyl did not touch leaving empty slots. Tile in bathroom Was new yet didn’t touch bathtub nor toilet. Toilet not installed properly. It seemed low like a kindergarten toilet. TV did not work.

The staff was great and I enjoyed my stay after I finally got into a room. It took them three tries to finally get me into a room. I started with room 169 and there was someone inside that yelled at my wife. So they put us into room 170 and there was sheetrock all over the ground from the hole in the wall they were trying to repair. The final room I got into was 171. After we got our room situated, we were walking down the hallway and I am handicapped from a stroke back in January. The carpet was all frayed and torn up going down the ramp and my walker got stuck on the carpet and I went forwards over my walker.

The hotel was great. As was the service. HOWEVER I logged into the hotels unsecured wifi and my phone was hacked and my virtual bank cards were accessed and used at Walmart in Arkansas for recurring payments each totaling the exact same amount and it drained my cash funds therefore causing auto payments agent for both my car and my rent payment that was already overdue!

Room was dirty. No toilet paper. Room smelled of cigarette and next room (I changed rooms) smelled like bad perfume. . Whole point of staying there was proximity to airport. I was told upon checking in there was no airport shuttle so I had to get up extra early and park in longterm parking. No restaurant or bar. Not even a bottle of water on the room. What a dump. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.
