A very large hotel, probably on the downslide. Room was nice enough-the front seem kept up well and catered to people staying in the area, I took a walk around the property and in the back there appeared to be semi-homeless families staying in the back of the motel as well as the hotel seemed to be repairing some of the rooms.
This hotel was the worst I have ever seen. I just needed a last-minute place to sleep for a few hours before my flight. I checked in, was instructed to drive around to the other side of the building, entered through an unlocked door (none of the entrances from the creepy outside parking lot were locked). The hallway was poorly lit, stank of cigarrette smoke and some kind of animal smell. The carpet was stained and dirty, the walls dingy. I thought the halls were bad but the room was worse. Stained and dirty carpet, bed was rumpled and sheets didn't look like it had been cleaned, the headboard had some kind of animal hair and a thick layer of dust and the air stank of smoke and mildew. I didn't even put my bags down--I just turned around and left. Neither Orbitz nor Travelodge refunded me. I was there for all of 4 minutes!! I believe the heath department would close this place down if they inspected it. I cannot believe Orbitz even lists this, and how it does not have negative stars is beyond me. If after you decide to book a room here after reading this teview, you get what you deserve.
This hotel was filthy, the door fob didn't work, my room hadn't been cleaned and there was no milk for cereal at breakfast. The place was a terrible disappointment!
Check in was great - very very friendly staff. The room was large and nicely laid out (I had a King so very roomy). The couch was a little ratty and the sheets were as thin as could be. Realistically though it was a decent night's sleep, convenient, and cheap. I was neither disappointed nor thrilled. I will say that as a connoisseur of free hotel breakfasts , this one ranked as one of the worst I've had - but it was free and the room was cheap so a free cup of coffee to go was fine.
My room was not clean for the two nights I stayed. Even when I called the front desk to report, I was told the house keepers are not around, they were busy busy with other guests that were celebrating something. That I could be given towels if I need them, not to clean or vacuum
It was pleasant comfortable and convenient right off 91 the out side needs to be worked on and the security interning the hotel can be better other than that the stay was enjoyable
Room had peeling wall paper and ceiling damage. Found bottle of sex lube in the room. Hallways smell and are dingy. Exterior entrance doors broken.
room only cleaned once in 5 days, tub would not drain, trash in hallways, and nothing was ever done about it. They would refer you to someone else...
Staff was welcoming, professional, and humorous... made a short visit extremely comfortable .. thank you T.L... ORBITZ: please update the hours of the free airport shuttle to 4am-8pm. That's extremely useful information.
I have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years and had good experiences. My stay this week was a different experience. The building is literally falling apart, the lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks, the breakfast was terrible and there were not comforters on the bed or spare blankets in the room. When I walked to the front desk to request blankets, the poor employee was talking to an irate person on the phone and had a line of dissatisfied guests waiting to speak with him. He graciously helped each of us and explained that the hotel has been purchased by Ramada and is about to undergo a change. Until this hotel is completely renovated, I do not recommend it to anyone.
Don't stay here it's horrible don't book from here
the bed was really comfortable. it wasnt too hard to find. was a peasant stay
wifi doesn`t work.. room wasn`t cleaned, maid just made the bed had to call everyday to get bathroom cleaned & floor vacuumed. best thing about this place is the friendly front desk employees
The webpage made it look great. The price was great. We got to the desk at 1020PM and could not find any staff to check us in. The outside doors did not have key access so anyone could come into the building at any time. There was no sheer behind the curtain. The tub stopped up. Our travelling couple had a separate room that didn't have a working TV and there was no one that could reprogram it but then didn't offer an apology or any sort of compensation. The continenental breakfast was frosted flakes, fruit loops, old sugared donuts. Nothing but sugar. Most places have rasin bran or corn flakes as an option. They did have a yogurt. The one toaster took over 11 minutes to make toast. Ran out of coffee both days. The room had just one single serving of reg coffee in the room so if 2 people were there, one had to do without. The room was dirty (there was dry cereal in the corner). The bed was very hard and squeeked when you sat down (maybe because the metal frame didn't fit). There was no blanket on the bed. We understand leaving a credit card (for possible charges) but they said it would take several days to clear. Bottom line. The price was right but I felt dirty and didn't think that the place was clean or maintained.
They suck point blank i wouldn't stay there ever again
We had an OK stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly, the room was OK and it was a pretty good overall experience for the price.
Place was in the middle of nowhere. No shuttle to the airport and place has no food that is remotely close without taking a 30 dollar cab ride.
If you're looking for a dirty sketchy hotel then this is your place. I booked this due to it being a good deal aka cheap and the pictures looked ok. We were only staying one night so I figured it would be fine. What they don't show you is that the building is falling apart and there are actually burn marks in the bathroom on the ceiling from the lights, the paint in the room on the ceiling is peeling and there's no fan in the bathroom hence mold. They say there are 3-4 hot items on the buffet.... Well if you mean 3 -4 types of bread to put in the toaster then this is true. I will pay the extra money for a nicer place in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not too clean. Stained couch and cobwebs in bathroom. Wifi did not work.
