Room was a little chilly on arrival ( fall up and down temperatures!) but putting the heat on for about 20 minutes made it comfortable. Was not necessary to continue heating thereafter. My experience with staff … the shuttle driver was exceptional! So kind, polite and happy! Check in lady was efficient and well mannered. Parking is such an attractive feature of this hotel, no charge for a period of time if staying. Companioned with shuttle service close to airport makes this hotel first choice. Restaurant needs some work. The menu is not attractive, my waiter , he was excellent in service and appearance but others seemed quite bored and not looking good. Restaurant lacks warmth and appeal. Noticed people going out to pick up food other places… need to ask why this is happening.

It seems as this hotel recently transitioned ownership. A remodel is needed, however for the price and proximity to the airport, we were very happy with our stay. It even has a pool and gym. The gym was unbearable without a fan or window.
