When arrived we were put in a room with a dehumidifier outsider our room. Since we had to be up by 4:30 I complained. We were given another room and it had the same problem. Luckily Minne was good enough to find us another room which was more convenient and had no machine near by. Also I was not happy being put down in the basement the first two rooms when I had booked a long time in advance and our friends booked later and received a much better area.

We stayed for one night only and found everything comfortable, clean, and convenient being in close proximity to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be to recommend an upgrade overall as the hotel does show it's age. Overall, it suited us nicely for our needs.

Very convenient location in respect of the airport. There is not a lot around the hotel and the areas are under construction. It is a bit of a drive to get to a restaurant other than the one at the hotel. We enjoyed the amenities, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Twice during our stay the access card stopped working, the staff reset and the cards then worked. Not sure if this is a system problem. We found the indoor pool a little cool it is a nice big pool though. The fitness facility is very good too. The breakfast was great and the staff are very diligent at making it a good experience. We did not have a chance to eat at the restaurant due to our schedules and trips.

The airport shuttle is appreciated. However, for such a steep nightly price, the hotel was not up to the mark. Dustbins were not emptied after the previous guest left and the lotions and soaps were not replenished. Breakfast is only until 9am so there’s a max rush at 8:30 to use the 4 toasters. It was a disappointing experience.

Room was clean and newly renovated, mattress was hard, pillows small -we usually bring our own pillows but forgot them! Heater & fridge a bit noisy, as well as airport travellers coming and going all hours which I expected since it’s near the airport. But overall a great place to stay especially if flying out!
