The airport was very clean and easy to maneuver. Custom was easy to fallow and the staff was very helpful.

Close to airport. Shuttle service was great. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and welll informed about the area.

The room I was given was the furthest away from the front desk on the lower level. I had to walk past broken furniture stored in the hallway and navigate down stairs with my big suitcase

Hotel undergoing major renovation, which it desperately needs. Free shuttle van only holds 10 people at a time, first come, which was a problem when we used it. Had to wait out in the cold for over 20 minutes or lose our place in line.

Our room was awful. Water stains on ceiling. Really old furnishings. Limited TV. Poor internet as we were in lowest floor like the basement. I would never stay here again. Bathroom small. Only good was shuttle to airport but van was well worn. Driver was very nice.

It was very near the airport/. It was easy in and out. The beds were large and comfortable.

We were pleased with the comfortable pillows and bedding.

I didn't like that we had several pieces of luggage on one of Quality's carts but couldn't get it to our room because after the elevator there were three steps up to our hallway. It was about 10:30 p.m. and no other rooms were available. Just made it a little inconvenient.

I couldn’t make it to my reservation and I couldn’t get s refund.

Bed was so comfortable and easy access to airport.

Loved it! Very professional staff! Clean facilities! Airport shuttle was very convenient.

The carpets were stained and looked dirty. The hallways and the restaurant were very cold. The breakfast was disappointing. The TV was not easy to use and there were no helpful tips.

The room was fairly dated and scuffed up - definitely had seen better days. But the staff were friendly, and the room functional and comfortable enough for a one-night stay.

A week prior to staying, I verified that I would be arriving late and requested a late check-out. Our flight arrived at around 5:00 AM and we arrived at the hotel and checked in around 6:00 AM , only to be told there was no late check-out and check-out would be at noon (now less than 6 hours away) After a lengthy discussion with reception they extended the check-out time until 2:00 PM . At 10:30 AM housekeeping knocked on the door and opened it ( Apologizing after hitting the slide stop on the door ) ???.. Not being able to return to sleep after the disturbance we checked out very shortly after 12 noon, and continued a very tired four and a half hour drive home. To add insult to injury . Friends who were traveling in our company and who were not paying through points received a much lower rate on their upgraded room and had no issues with their "late check-out". I have stayed at this hotel many times before with no issues and enjoyed it's many good features, this time , when I needed my rest the most they failed to deliver..
