This is a dated hotel with old and noisy HVAC units. The hotel offers airport parking and airport shuttles, which appear to be very popular. However, in my opinion, they do not have sufficient resources to address these popular services. I will no longer be staying at this hotel.

Very disappointed TV provided not one Canadian sport channels as it was a very important time in Canadian sports. Most channels provided redundant programming or garbage shows typical of the USA networks.

Hotel was fine. We were told the night before the restaurant served breakfast until 11 am. When we went in before 9am they said they were closing at 9 and could only get take out. We order 2 breakfast sandwiches and they were so bad, we couldn't eat them. On top of that, they charged us for take out containers.

Staff and room were great. Just really disappointing for kids to not have the pool tables where they can play (they are in the gambling room only for 21+). Also there are no board games as shown in your photos. Please update the photos (on company site and Expedia) and indicate kids are not permitted in games room.

Great location for hotel, visited during snowstorm and snow removal was being done meticulously. Room was clean, yet very basic. No loud noises even though hotel was fairly full. Restaurant on site very helpful as there is nothing nearby food wise. Will definitely revisit if the need arises
