Newly renovated 2 story 3 bedroom house. It's located in southwest Grand Rapids between US 131 and Buchanan St. There are many amenities including central air. There is a full sized dining area and basement with 1.5 baths. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the main floor with a walk in closet. Kitchen is newly remodeled and has new appliances. Off Street parking available with additional fenced in off street parking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
