Hotel is centrally located in Grand Rapids. Rooms are dated and need update. The wedding rooms and event areas are nice.

We absolutely looooved our stay at the hotel this weekend. We came for a wedding, rented a suite and they gave us 24th floor. The view, even during rain was stunning. We enjoyed every minute of staying there. Great staff, we needed rolloway bed and had no problem getting them, extra sheets, all with a beautiful smile. The view is unbelievable from the suite that shows about 270 degrees view.
