The beds were cheap, older tv, musty smell the room was more what you would expect to be rented by the hour

old property in the process of renovation; exterior very rough, needs paint, residents sitting all around the balcony, smoking weed, loud conversations, slamming doors. Staff is very nice and professional, and interiors are nice for the most part, although i can build better supports for the lavatory; crude wood used and coming apart at the joints; nice new fixtures but just a half baked job of putting the lavatory in.

Availability of drugs and hookers was nice. Pimps where annoying. Too many pimps driving in and out all hours of the night.

Threatened to be kicked out over neighbors issues whom we didn't know. Ended up being a prostitution situation which involved police. Fiasco didn't stop until 4:30 am

Room stank, floors were sticky, lot of drug dealers and prostitution. Cheap rooms and lack of security makes this motel perfect haven for the worst scum on the earth. Forget about breakfast it's a lie. Do yourself a favor and spend the few extra bucks and get a good night sleep down the road.

The residents of this hotels were not the best citizens. As soon as I was walking up to my room I was proposition by a prostite for a good time, as soon as I said no thanks I was belittle with nasty insults. The room was disgusting with an awful smell. The bed was half made with trash still in the trash can.The hotel clerk was friendly but she was coughing over anything and everything and not covering her mouth.

The hotel was horrible. Had checked in and had to check out and leave. Dirty. People parting in the hall way.

A "budget" hotel for the thrifty. Comfort level suffers greatly. Staff was personable and helpful. Read reviews and did some prior research so expectations were not all that high.

I wanted to give the place a 3* because the staff was so nice, but then I want to give a 1* because the place is in need of a lot of TLC. Check in was good, the attendants were very friendly and funny. They made you feel welcome and were glad to have you as a guest. The place made us feel safe (?) knowing the fact the Walker Police Dept made several trips thru the parking lot, never saw any disturbances so...The facilities are in need of a serious update, I don't even know where to start. Everything was in need of fresh paint, inside and out. The room furniture and carpet was old and worn out. The bathroom was clean and appears to be recently updated so it looks as though they are trying to clean the place up. We went to see a concert at the Deltaplex and the place was very close to the venue, inexpensive and worked out well for our over night purpose.

Got into the motel at around 10pm at night, checked out at 11am. Didnt really interact with anyone, but no complaints during our stay. Would recommend if price is your biggest concern.

not even up to par rooms not very clean young adults drinking and arguing keeping others awake. not a place we will return to

The motel is full of displaced families. I was worried about this at first, since I was not aware of this, or an incident that had happened a year earlier, when I booked the room. However, the families were quiet and the stay was pleasant. The continental breakfast lacked some. There was no fresh fruit. And the donuts were Dolly Madison. Which means there were no muffins either. Certainly not the caliber of the downtown hotels, but for the economic price it was comfortable and convenient to all the areas I needed to get to.

A fight broke out when I was arriving. There were cops and two drunk dudes beating each other as we pulled over in a cab. I was welcomed by a rude lady that lost one of my reservations. It took me two hours to checkin after that. The rooms also say: "please sleep under lock for your own safety, and please don't do drugs". Finally there was no soap on my bathroom. At this point, I didn't care about the soap being missing. I knew I had chosen the wrong hotel. If you are low-balling in Walker Michigan, do so elsewhere.

Price was awsome, but guest were not very considerate of us needing to sleep for an early fishing trip. A coffee maker would have been nice we could not get coffee till 7am we left at 5am so we had to walk across the street to get coffee . But for the price we really can't complain to much. and not enough towels was an issue as well.

I spent the night at this MOTEL and the experience was to say lacking. The heat had NOT been turned on in January. After turned on it would not turn off. One plus they had plenty of hot water.

Located right off the expressway on Alpine Ave., this hotel was in a good spot near family, but everything about it, from the quality of the room to the room service, felt sketch. The area did not feel very safe at night, and while the wi-fi (apparently the main selling point) did the work, the room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom, and the TV remote did not work without a lot of effort. The room service employee who passed by was rude, pounding loudly on the door somewhat early in the morning and not offering fresh towels unless we offered up our old towels immediately, and it made me greatly regret not springing for a slightly better hotel a mile down the road. Know what you're getting into before you sleep here.

We stayed there cause it was cheap and close to Michigan adventure. Was only 35 min away. Rooms were tiny and were not very clean carpet was sticky couldn't walk bare foot. Room smelled like animal pee so bad we had to buy a glade plug in and a candle still did not help we ended up having to change rooms. Front desk was nice about changing rooms. They offered to first "FOG" the room. But no way are stuff would be in there and are food. SO we asked if we could switch rooms and they did. It was defiantly a good price and i guess you get what you pay for. The pool was clean and nice but very small. Would prob not ever stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, though the clientele leaves something to be desired. There were several fights in the parking lot that woke us up through the night.

is was a great location and it was a great getaway to stay and going to ride roller coasters too

Although the room and bathroom were clean, the bedding needs to be replaced; it's overdue. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rates were very low. I was given further discounts when I checked in (one for a child under 17). There's a cute little pool that we didn't have time to use.We were in town for a high school state track competition, and this hotel served our needs .

We do greatly apologize for the issues you had experienced with our property. Let me start by saying thank you for the feed back it helps us to directly deal with and and all issues. For the smell in the air we have remedied that by using a wonderful fragrant air deodorizer. Per the floors being sticky we have addressed this with housekeeping to be more mindful of what they are doing and to be sure to double check everything. The breakfast is meant for a wake up and get your day started. Meaning we are not equip for hot breakfast so we choose alternatives that are quick, easy and filling. We hope your next stay is a far better experience.
