Located in a four-plex, the Perfect Place is conveniently situated at the back for easy parking and access. Each apartment in the four-plex has a separate entry and is private. All utilities are included, with plenty of parking available, and off-street parking is also an option. Enjoy free WiFi and take advantage of the many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. This well-decorated apartment features modern furniture from Wayfair and local collections, plus two living areas—making it a great fit for larger families. As your standby host, I’m dedicated to providing exceptional service and will go above and beyond to help you feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay.

Even in a tranquil residential neighborhood, you’ll have convenient access to several popular bars within walking distance, including Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more. You’ll also find a variety of restaurants nearby, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away, plus easily accessible amenities like gas stations. The welcoming atmosphere of the Perfect Place will help you feel right at home.

Public transportation is available, with a bus stop within a minute’s walk. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are also available, and you can typically locate one within five minutes—easy to find the location.

Please feel free to reach out to your host with any questions or concerns during your stay. Before departure, kindly turn off all lights and wash any dishes you’ve used. Please ensure there is no leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; dispose of it in the garbage. For bed sheets and dirty towels, please remove only the bed sheets and place them, along with the towels, in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.

The outside light switch is inside the apartment near the staircase—please turn it off when not in use to conserve energy. The kitchen light is controlled by two switches: one in the kitchen and the other on the pantry wall.

# Perfect Place House Rules

To provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

* Only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment. Please provide the names of all guests before arrival.
* Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
* Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and respect our neighbors and other residents.
* Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
* Please do not move, damage, or remove furniture or other items from the property.
* Wash used dishes and dispose of leftover food and garbage properly.
* Parking for up to two vehicles is available behind the building. Additional street parking may be available.
* Observe posted parking restrictions, especially during Wednesday street cleaning, to avoid receiving a ticket.
* Report any damage, maintenance problem, water leak, or safety concern to the host immediately.
* Before checkout, turn off all lights and appliances and securely close all windows and doors.
* Remove only the used bedsheets and place them, along with used towels, in the provided bag.
* Lock the apartment door and return the key to the lockbox at checkout.
* Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules.
