I’ve booked with DaysInn in the past and I have never had a room like this. fairly disappointed. It didn’t feel like i was staying at a hotel. I couldn’t use the TV or use the room phone because half of outlets in that room didn’t work. I couldn’t check in right away because there was a lady on her own phone call in the back swearing up a storm; that had went on for minutes… hearing everything she was saying to whoever she was talking to. it wasn’t for for public to hear while you’re at work. the counter bell wasn’t in sight to use, I had to call the hotel’s phone to get her to come out to the lobby. once she got there, “simply” placed the counter bell back on top of the counter from behind a computer screen she pulled it out from; said she had no idea why it got out there, and giggled. that whole situation took an overall 10 minutes. For that firsthand experience at this location. the only thing I would say that was actually decent about the hotel was the respectfulness of privacy and the lady who check me out of my hotel room, Michelle. I don’t believe I would be coming back to this location. Also, find a new better replacement instead of the lady who checked me in on July 2nd between the time 3pm-5pm. she’s an older lady with black hair.
