Everything was well cared for, and the property was well lit. I arrived early in the morning due to transportation. The staff member greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and made the check in very easy and quick. Which I really appreciated it that time of the day.

there are major plumbing problems in the bathroom. only lukewarm water. No hot water. The tub does not drain. Toilet lid does not close properly traffic noise. Very noisy heater fan very limited cold breakfast items

Decent hotel for the price

The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but provided a sufficient place and amenities for a stay. The pool was also comfortable and has an accessibility lift. Overall the stay was worth what I paid for. Apart from the actual hotel, my group was verbally harassed by some of the other hotel guests in the parking lot.

Expedia said they had conjoining rooms, so I thought be great for the kids. So I payed for 2 rooms thinking there was a door that could conjoin them. But they only had rooms that were next to each other. Didn't even use the second room, was a waste of money.

Maintenance is minimal. Mini fridge had 3 legs. Adjustable lamp doesn't adjust. Cover to heater controls is broken. Towels had stains. Floor of elevator had crushed food on it for days.

I like how clean and the smell was so much better than other places! On the other hand when there is a lot of people it does get noisy! We got woke up by some drunks slamming doors at 2:30 am lat night

Breakfast terrible- Room good!!

The breakfast is terrible, especially during the week. No eggs or meat being offered during the week. Had no fruit on one of the days. Waffle batter is watered down to the point the top of the waffle could not even form in all places. Orange juice is colored water!! Coffee was warm not hot!!

Management was horrible. They didn’t want to give clean rooms. We asked if it could be clean and they did not want to and we had people stay there for like four or five days which is ridiculous as you’re paying so much for a place to say that you only asked for the room to be clean and they said they wouldn’t clean it Management horribly rude short and would cut off customer as we were talking to them front desk who was as well

Spoke to manager was very short with customer gave a dirty room, even though we made multiple reservations. It was very argumentative. Would never let customer speak and hung up on the customer once didn’t do anything to try to resolve the problem. The issue didn’t care if we were going to write a bad review. And said we can do whatever we want that’s all right of course it is. She was very, very rude and has no professionalism. I don’t know how there are in hospitality not very happy would never recommend this place to anybody horrible staffing, rude horrible management and dirty.
