This is a great hotel and I love staying here. The only downs about it is that the pool was cold like the lake so we wouldn't swim in it and only one of the 3 hot tubs were working.

Property is a bit dated, but clean. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 hot tubs were closed while we were there. One tiny 4 person hot tub was open. The pool area is "weird" with the pool in an enclosed glass area with 3 small (4 person) hot tubs outside of the glasses pool area. Just weird. Breakfast was fine: scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, and other options.

Did not know until check in that the pool was closed due to renovation and only two hot tubs were operational At 8 am continental breakfast was not refilled and no staff was available or checking on conditions in dining area Because I booked through Expedia hotel could not compensate us

The property is older but it is clean. It has one of the lower rated per night which is understandable due to the age. The only thing that was disappointing was that one of the 2 adult hot tubs was not working, and only had a max capacity of 4

They have 3 hot tubs here and one of them was recently added. Its not the cleanest place ive been to but so many hotels have hot tubs that are out of service or they completely got rid of them. It is also walking distance to the mall and menards as well as a number of places to eat. It was a great place for a group of teen girls. 😄
