Pool wasn’t working and we weren’t notified in advance. When we brought this up the person checking in was very indifferent. Since we had booked through Expedia there was “nothing they could do”. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Expedia, so we were stuck. Also had to switch rooms because the heat wasn’t working in our first one. Breakfast was decent.

The bed sheets were not changed. Glitter, body hair, lipstick were all on the bed sheet. Tv remote did not work. Carpet near the door was missing and replaced with different carpet. Seemed like they only had 1 guy working when we checked in at about 945pm
