Nice stay perfect location if you are visiting the Alerus Center. Room was freshly painted and new carpet but it wasn’t vacuumed very well - we found used fingernail press ons on the carpet and old food too. Continental breakfast was nice.

I stayed for a few days as I was moving out of an apartment in Grand Forks. I have stayed at a number of La Quinta hotels since they all tend to be pet friendly. This was one of the nicer ones. I was well maintained and comfortable. It is in a nice area with a couple of restaurants nearby. It is a short drive from the highway.
