Room was average clean - carpet and furniture had multiple stains. Tub was actually clean but the drain was slow which is disgusting. Set a bag of garbage in the hall day 1 of our stay and it was still when we checked out 2+ days later. Note - we didn’t have our room cleaned but the room across from us was cleaned which means the staff ignored our bag completely while it was in plain site. Carpet in the halls and stairs had chunks of dirt and other misc on them the entire time.

Beautiful place. Smelled fresh and new, not reeking of cleansers and who knows what like many hotels. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably varied in its offerings.

They ran out of most breakfast items at 8:30 and did not resupply even though breakfast is scheduled to go till 9:00. The couch in our room was broken. They did fix it the next day. Several towels had stains. The dining room furniture is quite worn and the wall decorations are missing. The upkeep on this hotel is on the decline.

Pretty disappointed in this stay, I had called a few days in advance to double check the status on the hot tub as I heard. It was out of commission from some recent visitor friends of ours, and was told that it was working upon arrival that evening we attempted to go sit in the hot tub and it was freezing cold. When I discussed with staff, they acknowledge that it was cold and that they just got the unit fixed, but it was going to take a while. I don’t understand why they had been telling people that the hot tub was fully functioning and operational and clearly it wasn’t and we saw staff going in and out of the what appeared to be furnace or service room so clearly there were still some remaining problems yet to be resolved we would’ve stayed otherwise had we known differently. Also, the bedding was stained and dirty. Upon arrival easy enough fixed to ask for a replacement but really pretty concerning of housekeeping staff missed that. And nothing like observing would appear to be staff or associates, sitting around in the lobby area and in the business office area sitting on their phones and prepping their dirty feet up on the furniture.
