if you decide to stay here make sure you beg not to be placed anywhere near 42nd St. This is a dragstrip that goes nonstop until about 9 PM. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly

Staff was friendly but room was stuffy and the air conditioner did not work and fan never kicked on. Breakfast pastries were not wrapped which is not safe.
Everything appeared to be clean staff was pleasant.
We reserved a room for 4 as were told we could have a rollaway bed. This was the contingent part of us booking this hotel. Upon check in we were told there were no beds. And one of our members ended up sleeping on the floor. What a waste of our money.
Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if the price is right
We have stayed here before and found it very comfy. This stay however we were put in a room that had a big air register outside our window, it s very loud even with ear plugs in and our room had the ice machine and elevator right behind our head board. We switched rooms for the second night, they were very accommodating and apologetic. There were no issues with the second room. We would stay again as long as we're not in the first room.
This was a very nice new hotel. We enjoyed our stay but we only had one night and didn't get a chance to use the pool or exercise room. The free breakfast in the morning was top notch.
