Pool area and lobby were very cool. Nice little patio overlooking the area. We slept late but were still able to get breakfast at the last minute. Good location
Probably the most unique hotel in town. Love the outdoor feel of the hot tub area. Very clean. Rooms are a bit larger than average.
We liked the lobby, the courtyard with the waterfall and fish, we also enjoyed the very nice breakfast, and the room with it's pictures, overall everything was wonderful We'll be back
The C'mon Inn is a nice hotel to stay at while visiting Grand Forks. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool and open area in the middle of the hotel would be a great place to take the kids, especially for a winter getaway.

The central area with all the water features and the many hot tubs is cool, so if you are looking for a place to splash around, soak, play cards, and party, this is good. If you are looking for a night of peaceful rest, look elsewhere. The sound insulation between rooms was poor, and there were kids running through the halls screaming (and I'm sure, having a blast) until 11:00PM. Also, while the rooms are clean and tidy and attractive, the structure isn't all that terrific, and you could feel a cold North Dakota breeze through the window with it completely closed.
I really like the location of this property and the court side rooms. It's unfortunate this property like many others is in need of a facelift. Cleanliness definitely needs to be improved. People should be aware that you are not eligible for the frequent stayer program when booking thru Avion rewards.
