The hotel is really starting to show its age. Even the outside of the doors in the hallway are in rough shape. I love this hotel for the rustic coziness however they need to put some money and/or effort into upkeep and maintenence.

The breakfast was amazing and great service. The only downside is that the heat was not working properly in the room so it was pretty cold in the room. Staff said a technician was scheduled to come out to look at it. That issue would not prohibit us from staying again.

Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay. Was a little disappointed with room 139. Window had a huge gap and winter wind was blowing in. My husband fixed it with a couple towels. A heater was delivered to room. Sink was blocked and tap on hot tub was broken

Breakfast was more than just muffins, rooms were clean, staff assisted with TV immediately when cable was not working, courtyard is a wonderful setting. They need 2 coffee machines though as it continued to need warm up time at breakfast . No staff cared about that but.. alas it was busy. Otherwise 5* but no coffee is not ok
