Very clean, nice big hot tub. Very affordable, definitely recommend staying here. Some neighbor sounds but, still loved staying here. 😃

Everything about Expressway, Inn and suites was awesome. The room was very nice, clean, and staff was very helpful. I will definitely be looking at this hotel again if I am ever spending another night in grand Forks. In my opinion the best bang for your buck on lodging.

Great value Real food at manager’s reception Great breakfast Friendly staff Close to UND

Very nice Hotel, I strongly recommend this place. Thanks

I could hear the people walking around above my room and i could hear the people talking on both sides of my room. Their conversations were clear. I had to use the fan in the room to cover up the conversations. Walls need insulation. The food was average and they ran out. Strawberries and bananas were heavily bruised and unappealing. No shampoo in my room-had to get some from the front counter. Fire Alarm went twice Sunday morning around 8 am - unexpected wake up!

I stay here at least once every two months. Great price, close to restaurants and such.

We just needed a hotel for after hockey game. Kids loved the pool area with the basketball hoop and big hot tub. Nice breakfast in morning.

We had a graduation to attend and chose this hotel. It is very clean, bright and friendly. The breakfast available was excellent. I heard many comments from kids about how good it was. We will stay again.

There was a large group of kid hockey players (in town for a tourny) running around the game room when we checked in. This was not a problem, as that is what the game room is made for, and it really encouraged the family orientation of the hotel. Even with all the families staying, our room was quiet and comfortable. I couldn't hear anyone in the hallways when we closed the door and only soft step noises from the room above us. The breakfast is great and the options include fresh berries in addition to the usual fruit offered at hotel breakfasts, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, bacon and breakfast sausage, and corned beef hash, along with classic milk and cereal or oatmeal, and bagels/danish/toast. You really couldn't ask for more options! I've stayed at this hotel twice now on different occasions and the staff is always friendly, the rooms always quiet and comfortable, and the rates always reasonable. The location is directly across from the Alerus center so you can walk there for any event without a problem, and save on parking too! For Grand Forks, you can't get a better deal! Oh, and don't miss out on the hot tub. It's big enough for two groups of 6 people, easily, and has LED lights that change color.

the hotel is an older 2 story hotel. Not a fan of the sliding drapes adjacent to the door. They were a little hard to close. The shower was a little cramped . the bed was great and soft and a nice flat screen tv.

Was clean and close to hospital with good breakfast.

This motel is designed for travelers and you can tell! Extra power plugs, space for spreading out and even Q-tips in the bathroom all showed that they cared about the details! Other chains could take a page out of this motel's book!

We were pleased with not having to pay for supper or breakfast. It was a typical continental breakfast but it added to the savings.

The hotel was very nice and clean with friendly staff.

We were in town for our granddaughter's graduation which was held at the Alerus which is right accross the street. The hotel is only a year old and everything is in new condition and very clean. The pool area looked a little small with no room to hang out and sit around, but we weren't there for that so it didn't matter to us. There is an elevator so you don't have to lug your luggage up the stairs. The room is large with a sofa bed, refrigerator, desk, table, lots of pillows and all the usual amenities. The bathroom vanity is really long so there is a lot of room. The breakfast room is large enough for many people and the selection of food was better than any we had seen before. Would definitely stay there again!
