Spent the night while in town for a visit. Great value.

Had to ask for coffee and several other items to be replenished at breakfast. Check in staff very nice and helpful, morning staff less helpful/friendly. Sheet was stained and had to ask for new one. Spacious room

Room was clean and had a great bed. Breakfast could have had a little more variety!

The room was clean but a closed up smell to the room that would not go away. Bedding was clean but the bed was almost like sleeping on the floor. Next time will pay a little more and stay some where else.

The room was very clean, mattress very comfortable but the pillows were too fluffy. I prefer a firmer pillow and usually bring my own but unable to do that on a motorcycle. The breakfast could use some yogurt and perhaps some hard boiled eggs. It was very quiet and I would stay there again.

Wow!! My husband & I have been so impressed at how this lodging place has been cleaned up from a few years ago! Proper management definetly makes a HUGE difference! The staff is pleasant and friendly! The place is and smells clean. I would highly recommend this place when others are planning to stay in Grand Forks for night. I will always check to see if this place has availability from here on. Recommendation though to ask for a room facing away from the Econo Lodge parking lot. It's a lot quieter we've found.

We normally choose this one as it is a bit cheaper than the rest. This hotel needs a pool and hot tub to compete with the rest of the hotels in the area. The rooms to our surprise were well done, new beds, new modern style headboard, pillows and comforters are very nice, new TV and TV stand is nice. Breakfast is okay, hot waffles was the highlight They need a little something extra to stay competitive. For an extra 20 bucks you can get a better breakfast and a pool somewhere else. Overall, decent stay... because of the room renovation, I'd recommend to a person not needing a pool during their hotel stay as long as the nightly price stays at a reasonable rate lower than the higher end newer hotels.

For our money, this was a nice place to stay. Our room was nice with plenty of room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel when I came to Grand Forks for a play at the University. It was conveniently located for both UND and the interstate. The staff was very helpful, and it was one of the easiest hotel check in/outs I've ever had. My only complaint was that the heating unit was a little touchy, and it got a little too hot in my room. But otherwise, great for a quick stay.

Good location, good for all kinds traveler, breakfast is nice and easy, I liked it much

Hotel was OK. Just needed a bed for the night so I didn't need a lot. However, the breakfast was a little too basic even for an inexpensive hotel. They ran out of most food by 8:30 - even the coffee!!

The hotel is really quite out of the way and hard to find. The amenities are good for a two star hotel. Reception staff are friendly and courteous but cleaning staff are definitely not. Good place to stay for one night.

Good value for dollar. Family run. Nothing fancy or superfluous. Good heat in room. Continental breakfast in small area by front desk. Fresh apples available. Would stay again.

Nothing fancy but the room was clean and quiet. Al's restaurant nearby had good food

Not a Continential Breakfast. No Thank you from staff Vending machine over half empty. Staff didn't ask me if there is anything they can help me with. Only juice and coffee for morning beverage. NO hot or cold choices of cereals.

We found the hotel easy to get to. The staff was helpful and the room clean. Good overall for a short stay.

nice , small, warm room friendly staff ishy breakfast about average price

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, wonderful value. I will stay here again.

Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were recently renovated but bedding looked like it had been around for a while. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. I don't consider donuts and coffee breakfast. That being said, we did come down later that most people so all the good stuff could have been gone.

We were really impressed with this hotel. We came to Grand Forks to shop. I found this hotel very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I think having access to a computer free in the lobby is an awesome idea.
