Very clean and well managed hotel and restaurant.
It is close to the airport with a shuttle bus so that makes it very convenient. The room was great and everything is very nice at the hotel.

Technology is certaily different from USA. It would be nice to have more information on how to use it. Example need to have the card inserted on the inside beside the door. Overall very nice

The rooms and hotel were spotless. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The main bar/restaurant staff were friendly. Most of the staff spoke English very well. The airport shuttle was punctual. The only (very minor) issue we had was walking back from the train station (11 minutes walk) in the woods in the dark. That is a location issue, not anything to do with the hotel.

I emailed the hotel to ask for directions for the shuttle from the airport, nobody responded until it was too late (got a response after I checked out the next day). I called the from the airport multiple times to ask, nobody answered the phone until my 4th try. Spent about an hour at the airport on the tablet trying to find the shuttle. Finally made it to the hotel and the directions to our room was not clear, we could not find the room and went back to the reception and the person rolled his eyes with discontent. Great customer service there!!! Oh also when I asked for the Orbitz gold member “perk” I got two candy bars! Great perk!!

The hotel was very modern and clean. We chose it for proximity to the airport (we were flying out the next day) and for the kid friendly amenities. The staff was very professional and check-in went very smoothly (we had 4 rooms). We were traveling with our children and 7 grandchildren and were looking to use the pool and playground with them to occupy the time. When we got there we were told that the pool was down for maintenance. Then we were told that the playground was located in one of the restaurants, which was only open Monday thru Thursday and this was unavailable. In fact, of the 3 restaurants that they have in the hotel only 1 is open Friday - Saturday and is more of a bar/lounge. My frustration really came from the fact that the staff just had an “oh well” attitude about the whole thing. If you’re looking for a higher end business class hotel this is the one to go to. If you’re looking for something kid friendly this is not it.
I like the room that is clean. But there were a few items missing: no wash cloth, very little soap in dispenser, only one bath towel. Liked the quiet room and cleanliness.
