It is a drug infested, criminal activity. I was almost assault and when I left they would not give me my money back. I called cops on the assault and they informed me this place is known for gangs, drugs and human trafficking. I informed Orbitz and they did nothing. My kids and I will never forget the nightmare of this place.

Had a last minute need to stay the night in Fresno, this hotel was OK for one night. Staff was pleasant. The room was recently remodeled, looked just like the picture. The thought the price was a little high for this hotel.

Room smelled bad from cleaner. A.C. was set to 65 degrees so room was freezing cold. TV did not work. Bathroom had hair in sink.

Good. Late check out is 1pm. Inside of the room is nice. Outside can use some clean up. Some guests looked like they live there with door open at night and kinda G.

Nice an clean room. there was a funny smell when first walked in. Maybe cleaning solution??? Otherwise, they allowed for late check out at 1pm which was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us change rooms when we didn't like the first one they gave us. But the hotel room, more specifically, the bathroom, was filthy. There was gunk, looked like old vomit, stuck around the bottom of the tub and on the wall. The door was dirty and looked like it had been kicked in at one point. I felt dirty the entire time i was there. I ddin't want to touch anything. Not only did the bathroom door look like it had been kicked in, the door to the hotel room looked the same. There was a good size gap between the door and the doorway. We did not feel safe leaving our valuables in the room. When we would leave we would take everything except our clothes. The second and, thankfully, last night there, the police helicopter was flying over the motel and zeroed in on a car in the IHOP parking lot right next door. We didn't stick around outside after the police showed up. So glad to be out of there.

I WANTED A PLACE CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL, THE STAFF IS GREAT, GOOD BREAKFAST, SO CAN{T COMPLAIN

The hotel is very close to downtown so if you need to be there it is convenient. It is not a great part of town but the room was nice clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and so were the staff. The grounds were not as clean as they could be but the lobby is nice.

Good room and accomodations, everything was as expected

Homeless everywhere... durty hotel. Liked the bed. Breakfast not continental. Only bread, cereal, waffles. Homeless sleeping under stairs.

The location here is awesome! You have 41 and it takes you any direction you'd like. IHOP is right next door, but the smell of the complimentary breakfast is preferred. I had the chance to dip into the pool, no issues at all. Room service was good no issues. If you are visiting family in Fresno or simply passing by, I'd say this is the ideal place.

Photos from room 224 taken during my stay in August 2017. I had heard good things about La Quinta hotels but I would NOT stay at one again. There are much better options out there.

There were roaches around the bathroom sink. Witnessed a person on a bike steal stuff off the maid's cart. The neighborhood seemed a little questionable. I wish I had not prepaid, glad it was a short stay.

This is a standard hotel layout with doors opening from the outside, key card access, ice machines, and a nice continental breakfast. The rooms seem recently updated and were clean and comfortable. However, there was no fan in the bathroom. The hotel is near the center of town, near but not right on the freeway. The neighborhood seemed older and a little run down but we always had a safe feeling in the area. On either side of the hotel were IHOP and a Mexican restaurant that both looked great, although we never went to them. The hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating. Our room had trouble keeping a consistent temperature, but the hotel indicated that was not the norm and they would look into it.

We stayed here, based on location, over a year ago when in town for some family business. Check-in was smooth and friendly. When we got to our room and pulled back the bed cover the sheets had crumbs and food particles all over. We advised the front desk who apologized and promptly moved us to another room. We recently had to stay two days again for family health issues. When we checked in the lobby and rooms have been completely renovated. We got to our room and soon noticed debris, including finger/toenail clippings, in the carpet. The chair had cracker crumbs or other similar debris on the arms. The TV table and bathroom had noticeable buildup of dust. Staff changed our room, apologized and offered a discount. This could be a nice place, but the house keeping staff really doesn't seem to care if they clean the rooms or not.

Usual. Nothing spectacular. Good breakfast included.

The TV did not work at all. The girl did her best to resolve, but could not. She gave us a discount. Beds were comfortable. Room décor outdated/average. Just ok for price. Not bad, but not great.

Hotel was located near a lot of things. staff was very friendly and informative. Hotel room was a pretty good size and very clean. Beds where very comfortable.
