We stayed one night. It is 10 minutes drive to the airport. The food at the restaurant was good. Very good breakfast. Very convenient hotel to stay near the airport and the price is very good. Good value.

Good hotel that is not far from downtown. The only drawback is there is nothing you can walk to as the hotel is located in the woods.
Right when we drove up, we could see there was going to be some trouble. The gate arm to the paid parking lot was broken and the small lot was jam, packed with cars. We could understand why, after driving around to look for another location to park. There is no other suitable place to park, especially if you were planning to leave your car overnight, which is what most people do at hotels. There is a dark ally and a road you might be permitted to park along. It did not feel safe. The rooms were almost okay, but were not adjoined like we were told they would be (we have young children). The temperature control was also messed up in one room. Could not open the window to get fresh air because of the smoking out front. To top off our experience, there was some loud hallway activity very early in the morning. There is another, much nicer, Holiday Inn near this location and the airport. When we made our reservations here, we were expecting the same quality, but were sad and exhausted to find these conditions.
Dirty, hot rooms. Poor service in restaurants and did not receive extras for being a preferred customer. Would not stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.

Rooms are very small. WiFi not very good and expensive.
The hotel is a bit dated, however clean and friendly. Breakfast wasn't included in the price which wasn't clear when boooking, but was a great breakfast anyway, The shuttle service and hotel staff was very good.
Bedding and room decoration were very good. Breakfast buffet was good, wide selection including four kinds of eggs. No one greeted or seated us. No one took our room number. I was shocked at checkout our breakfast had cost 44 euros. The restaurants in the terminal were far better, more variety, better value, more enticing. Free shuttle was always 30 minute wait, over crowded. NH had three times as many shuttles. Hilton has BIG hotel right at Terminal. Holiday Inn Nord was a considerable, 20 drive away.
Staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Shuttle bus ride was free and the restaurant was good also.
My second one night stay there. Excellent shuttle service, will stay again if needed.
Overall this was a suitable hotel, close to the airport and ideal for a layover.
My goal was to relax in a quiet environment on the last leg part of my vacation. My room was located on the third floor of the hotel on the front entrance side. I mention this to point out that from my room I could hear loud (possibly intoxicated) voices coming from the entrance area that went on for hours. The conversation led to singing and shouting that could be heard in my room while I was trying to sleep. Normally I would have contacted the desk but I had already found them to be less than friendly and if I could hear the commotion, I know they could from the first floor. My stay at this hotel was the worst I have experienced and do not plan to stay at that location again while on business or pleasure. It is only fair to mention that the next morning I utilized the restaurant prior to my departure for the airport. I found the wait staff to be highly professional, very friendly, and the food to be the highlight of this hotel.
