We reserved the hotel room for a softball tournament and it was okay it's just that the first day we did not have hot water they ran out of towels and the kids from the different teens were running up and down the hallway all day long and knocking on the walls in the evening but I'm not it was you know the staff was awesome they were very very nice

The room was not vacuumed. There was a wrapper under the desk. Balls of dust or dirt on the carpet. Pulled out the couch bed and it was covered in crumbs. I had no linen for the couch bed. When i went to ask the night staff lady, she was rude and said all the linen was already used she didn't have any more. I told her i had no linen for the couch bed and she said she would bring some up since there's a noise complaint on the floor. Not sure how a hotel can run out of linen as i was told, when my room didnt have all the linen needed to begin with. Hot tub was out of service. I was disappointed in the breakfast choices. We had a long day ahead of us and we didn't get to eat. The tub was leaking with the water off. The bathroom in tmhe lobby could be cleaner for the public.

One thing they can do is use carpet fresh on the carpet in the hall ways give a good smell

Won’t stay here again. Checkin guy was nice. Bed was C. Stains on the comforter. Shower wouldn’t get past warm. Kids out playing in the hallway past midnight. Breakfast was cheap and the tables were all dirty. Nope. Not again.

The employee that checked me in was very friendly The room I booked had a separate living space. I like having a chair to work and read. The chair was missing. The worst part was that the door appeared to have been kicked in. The frame was scratched and the door had damage around the lock. The shower had mildew so I didn’t shower.
