After reading some reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice, but could have been cleaned better. There was a chair with a very large brown stain, and a cleaning bottle sitting in it, like they were in the process of cleaning and forgot about it. The pool was clean, but small. Breakfast was great. The only other issue was housekeeping knocking on our door 3 different times the day of checkout starting 4 hours before checkout. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.
The staff was wonderful. Lots of renovations going on. Will be a really nice place when finished.
Location centered between hospital and dining. Short distance from the othery
We have stayed at lots of different hotels, but I think this is one of the first ones that has so many little problems that it just grates on you. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The AC unit was quite loud and constantly turning on and off. The curtains perplexed me. You know how there are generally two curtains, one light blocking and one rather sheer? Well, there were two, but only the sheer one could actually be pulled over the window. The track didn't even extend for the light blocking - especially bad when young kids need to go to bed in the summer time. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so every time you shower, you end up with a pool on the floor. The swimming pool was ok, but very small. Breakfast was really good, though. LOTS of options. Overall, especially with all the other choices in the area (and we have stayed at some of them), I would not recommend this one.
I had an early flight out of Fort Wayne so wanted a clean hotel near the airport. You helped me get one - Thanks.
Hotel looked and felt dirty. Carpeting was wrinkled in many places. Key cards didn't work. Bathroom floors were dirty.
lady at the desk was really nice. Location was good for my trip. The room was clean but could had been better. It was nice to see they had the breakfast ready at 6 not at 7 like I was told.
We stayed here when our flight was cancelled recently due to bad weather. The room was cozy, bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff was nice, and check in time was under 3 minutes. The free breakfast included sausage biscuits, eggs, coffee, and juice. This is the first time I've stayed in this hotel chain and was impressed.
