Attaquait at best

This place was attaquait for a quick trip to Fort Wayne for college orientation. The property looked abandoned due to lack of landscaping upkeep. It was nice when you came in. The breakfast area was nice. Hallways have 2 stair cases protruding out in the hallway for the second story. Wasn’t any issue for me, but was interesting. Our room looked on the surface clean. But, the mirror was dirty, the outside of the microwave was dirty, the bathroom floor had tile separation and was full of dirt. It wasn’t my favorite place to stay, and I probably won’t stay there again. But if you are looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night….I suppose it might be the place for you..if you don’t mind on the surface cleanliness.

The staff was okay and the property was ok. The breakfast was horrible and they charged me an extra $50 dollars that has never been returned, so if you stay don’t believe them when they say your deposit will be returned.

A Dive, Stingy and Sparce

It was undewhelming. Cracked pavement in the empty parking lot was the first clue. The room was OK, but the amenities made me feel like I was in an episode of “The Last of Us,” post apocalypse. Tiny hand soap wrapped in unopenable paper, and when I asked for extra towels, they told me no. I had to return some to get some. I needed extra to help prop my husband up after out-patient surgery. I asked for a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper, they reluctantly gave me one. The pool was shallow over peeling concrete. The so-called Continental breakfast was bread you could toast, thawed out sticky buns (I don’t mean the Irish kind), and luke warm coffee & tea water. Never staying there again. At least we saw the car show coming through town, probably parking here because of the empty lot.

Don’t let the parking lot scare you off. Grass in the beds and lot. Older hotel. But in good shape. Seemed like a good area. No issues

Beautiful common room--wood panelling, fire place. Towels were stained. coffee maker had mould in it. Shower had no pressure--just a dribble for most of the shower. Floor boards in washroom were warped from water. no healthy choices for breakfast: no fruit, no whole grain bread, no fibrous cereal, just Rice Krispies and Fruit Loops.

Excellent Customer Service! Nice room for low price. Ironing board and coffee maker in room makes waking up very convenient. I would give 10 stars!

The indoor pool was not heated, and unusable. There were only two very small pool towels to use in the area besides that. The lobby and common areas were unlit and eerily quiet. There was only one other vehicle in the parking lot when we arrived, giving the appearance that the building was vacant.
