Guest services were friendly, housekeeping prompt and very considerate, especially Ashley. However, restaurant staff treated me like a thief when I misunderstood this property did not offer complimentary breakfast and dared to touch a plate. I guess to him my money wasn’t good enough for the similar quality meal I received for half the price at the Starbucks. Now I know. I chose to use their microwave for all my meals during my 4 night stay instead. I saved money and certainly didn’t have to feel unwelcome while enjoying my meals payed with my hard earned money.
I’d also like to thank him for reminding me where I come from and apologize for any inconvenience I caused him for the misunderstanding. I clearly don’t belong in this hotel’s fine dining establishment which gives the same quality breakfast as the 2 star hotels he believes I am accustomed to using. I’ll do my best to never make this mistake by walking into that restaurant again.
