The room we stayed in had fresh linens and towels but the floor had not been vaccumed, we had a kitchen in our room too and the vinyl floor had no been cleaned in some time. I used a bunch of our clorox wipes cleaning the floor because it was sticky. The breakfast was decent and everything else was fine but really had a hard time with the cleanliness.
The gym is rather small. The king suite, which is technically just one room, is really big and nice.
Everything was perfect except the last two nights I could hear the guy in the next room snoring so loudly through the wall I literally felt like he was in my room.
We stayed in a suite with a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate bedroom. Everything was very clean and looked new. The suite was really spacious and worked great for us. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They even hand wrote a card to us thanking us for our stay and inviting us to ask for anything we need. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The pool is in the Hilton Garden Inn next door since they are both owned by Hilton. It wasn't huge, but good enough to keep kiddos entertained. Bottom line, awesome place to stay - we would definitely come again:)
