The hotel was overbooked I arrived at midnight and had no room even though I had paid for a non cancellable reservation I received no notification until I got there. Very poor service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not do any business there again
Desk staff was extremely rude to us as we entered. Wanted me to sign up for a program at 11 at night. Really? She mumbled so bad and English was not primary language. Vagrants hanging around parking lot.
This was the longest check in process ever. They had only 1 person at the counter & while I’m sure he was doing the best he could, a customer ahead of me was asking him a million questions about just getting a room. Meanwhile I’m sitting there with my guest with a hand & arms full of bags. We had a special event to go to so was limited on time. Was in line almost 10 mins before a second person came & we were checked in with a few minutes.This just left a bad taste on my trip here.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly; however, my room was directly on the interstate side of the hotel and it was very loud constantly. Even with the air plugs at night, it was still fairly loud.

Very clean and friendly staff. But the shower is almost broken. Close to the highway, very very noisy because the window is not protecting from the noise. I had many experiences staying inn or hotel closed to highway, but never had that bad one

Overall great place to stay very up to date and modern only had 2 incidents at night where I had to kill 2 roaches
Good for pet owners . Good and convenient location
It's a quiet hotel close to shops and places to dine. The rooms have a microwave and a small fridge, but no safety box. When we arrived, there was a used moist washcloth hanging over the shower stall door and a hair band on the floor next to the bed (did they vacuum?). We left our room at 10 the next morning. When we returned in the evening, there had been no room service. April came up from the front desk and provided fresh linens. The following day, the room service personnel had left a bottle of cleaning fluid in the bathroom. So very poor room service but very nice desk service, and a lovely breakfast is provided.

I do apologize for the reservation I believe we contacted Expedia prier before your arrival so that you will be accommodated at another location. nevertheless, this is something I do have to address with my staff on the timing of when to contact guests. once again do apologize
