Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort
"The property of the resort is beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast has a variety of delicious options from which to choose. The servers for our daughter‘s wedding reception on the lanai of the dining room were polite, friendly, and efficient. Our room was large, but lacked some items I would have expected (facial tissue in the bathroom, lamp with outlet on the shared nightstand between the two beds, additional towel rods in the bathroom, exhaust fan in bathroom). One negative for me was when we checked into the room, the AC appeared to be off and the bathroom window was wide open (with no screen) so any creatures or insects could have entered before we arrived. When we notified the front desk about how hot our room was, they immediately sent maintenance to adjust the unit. Also, I was disappointed I did not get to enjoy the hot spas at all partly - due to time limitations (of the wedding schedule of events) & because they ran out of pool towels - I did not have the time to wait for them to be laundered. I noticed many people had several towels which could have been the reason for the pool towel shortage - perhaps limiting guests to two towels each might help. Overall, a good experience."
