Wow! The best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Costa Rica. Definitely a great spot to end our trip due to the hot springs and baths all throughout the property. The breakfast was also great and included in the price.

Impressive. A wonderful planning project. The swimming pools are excellent.

Every road and path was so clean you could go barefoot without stepping on anything! The slides were fun and my daughter and I enjoyed the many pools and waterfalls. The food was excellent too.

We loved the hot springs and the water slides and wished we had been there longer.

A large selection of hot to warm spring-fed mineral pools, superb spa for massages, a good selection of food at two restaurants, and several bars.

We loved everything about our stay! We will definitely be back for a longer visit. Everyone on the property was very nice and we loved the entire experience.

Awesome place. The water slides are fast and I might have gotten some bruises but it was fun

There was a vibrating sound all night didn’t let me sleep. I called the staff and the said it was from a water pump. Didn’t let me sleep at all..

Great rooms, comfortable, large with perfect view to the Arenal. Highly recommend staying rather than getting the day pass. You get to enjoy the thermal pools both the day you arrive till 10pm then the next morning with no crowds.

Way too many tour busses allowed access here. Not a relaxing place.

Wonderful time nice facility free breakfast was amazing The restaurant had only a few lunch choices very expensive lunch no drinks 50 dollars us

Everything was great! Room was good. Staff very nice.

Fun place but for 125 USD a night, I expected better service. I had a leafblower in my face at 7:30am while at the pool and had to request a disposable razor and toothbrush. The 22 USD buffett was nothing special. Now the staff tell me it's standard to charge 7 USD for a taxi to take me 6 minutes to the bus station, which seems like the definition of a tourist trap. I don't usually splurge so I tend to be picky when I do. Next time I'll stay at a different place and try the public hot springs. I had amazing service at Cabinas Faro Arenal, a smaller accommodation nearby. (April 2017)

High quality everything. Our room was more than comfortable & spacious. All furnishings, linens, bedding, towels & etc were all high quality. The nicest place we have experienced in CR. The Springs were comfortable & inviting. We would go back again.

The hotel and Resort were both enjoyable and comfortable. Very relaxing.

We arrived about 4 hours before check-in, so they let us lock up our bags and enjoy the hot springs. So relaxing after 9 hours of traveling.

Great resort for a great price - hot springs on premises were amazing and there were many pools to choose from. Food was great though I recommend skipping the buffet and eating at the a la carte restaurant if you eat on premises. Drinks were very pricey and not amazing so going into town to get some drinks or bringing some back would be the way to go. Very family friendly and great views!

this place is AMAZING!!! absolutely astonishing and something everyone should experience. the hotel facilities itself are ok. the rooms are mediocre but the property is absolutely gorgeous. the hotsprings are absolutely breathtaking. One thing I wish they had was more available staff on golf carts to help people up and down the property since it literally resides on a mountain
