The Springs Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, well maintained and guest friendly. The three staff members we had the most contact with were exceptional, Esteban and Carlos, our golf cart drivers and Saul, our guide at the wildlife sanctuary. Every single staff member we came in contact was friendly and helpful, many going out of their way to assist us. Our arrival was especially great. When the reception staff saw my wife had mobility issues, they immediately offered us a complementary upgrade to a first floor room, which made everything so much nicer for us. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend the Springs Resort to anyone seeking a fabulous vacation.

The Springs is truly heaven on earth. I've been to Costa Rica fiver times since 2015 and my stays at the Springs have been most memorable than all of my other trips combined. Yes, it is one of the most expensive resorts in the area and I'm frugal but every dollar spent at the Springs is absolutely worth it. From the moment you arrive, everything feels intentional, thoughtfully, and beautifully maintained. Dining, the hot springs, Club Rios, the rooms, dining - every part of the experience has been incredible. It's been a month since my family's last stay and now that I'm back in the States, I find myself thinking about the resort almost every day. One of my favorite memories is sitting alone in a hot springs at 7am, watching an iguana float across the pool while rain fell around us. Moments like that is priceless. I would absolutely return again and I'm incredibly grateful for Mr. Lee Banks who created this amazing place.
