Very nice! Everyone was friendly.
Nice and quiet place. The hotel is a little bit outdated. Our room didn’t look like it was vacuumed. The remote control didn’t work. Breakfast was okay. The swimming pool was small enough for our three kids to swim.
Just needed a place to spend the night on our way down to Tennessee. The room was clean and comfortable with a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

It was awful .. trash behide the bed a newspaper dated back to Dec 2019 .. found the remote control and just trash. Hair on my bed . If that wasn’t enough the people next to us was up all night slamming the door .. I complained several times though out the the night .. the guy behide the desk was very rude.. breakfast was cold. Hot tub was running but nobody could use it . Not sure about that. They said they had to go though you guys before they could get me a discount. I didn’t hardly sleep at all that night with the people next to us slamming the door .. I had to drive two hours up and two hours back not to mention shop all day with my daughter trying to get her ready to go back to school. No problem with orbitz .. use you all for all our trips This is clearly on the hotel .
They made my bed on the 2 nd day but didn’t refill the coffee or soap.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and well-kept! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even let us put our tandem bike in our room.
I was so excited about how much extra room there was in the room very high and I was thrilled
It’s cute and close to shops and places to eat. The shower drain didn’t drain. The shower didn’t have water pressure at all. I’m a nursing mom so I had pumped and the refrigerator didn’t stay that cold.

Hot tub wasn’t a hot tub, more like a cold bathtub. That was disappointing, it was a girls night, hot tub is one of the highlights!
We stay here yearly however this time was disappointing. We book this hotel because of the indoor pool and close proximity to the mall. Our family meets for an annual shopping trip with grandkids. Due to electrical issues the pool was closed. Also breakfast was only so so since the pancake machine was also down.
Great location, walked to resturant, shopping, even had our nails done!

The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was within walking distance of the outlet mall, and the staff was very friendly. We had a great time during our stay. The room was very spacious, the couch was comfortable, the TV swiveled to make viewing from either the couch or bed ideal. I would definitely return.

Mai,I do apologize for the outdated look, however, look forward to a new look this fall. We are due to be remodeled. I am sorry for the remote not working. I do hope you called the front desk for a new one. I hope to see you again in the future!
