Wonderful staff, but a smelly building and room in an industrial park. They were mid-remodel, so this likely played a factor, but the lobby/cafe were very unwelcoming with dirty carpets, broken booths with torn coverings, and a musky smell. Halls were the same with poor lighting and dirty carpets. The room was *empty.* No chair or seating, no tables, just a bed, a small rolling dresser, and a desk. Only 1 floor lamp and two wall lamps resulting in poor lighting and a cave-like feel. The TV was very nice - at least a 60" 4k, much better than most hotels in the price range. Hopefully after the remodel their rooms will be fully furnished and the smell will be resolved.

The pool was lukewarm, the pool room was lukewarm, not comfortable at all, the room wasn't finished and I know they're going through remod, not even two Free bottles of water, for this price there are some basics that are expected, they just literally failed in almost all respects.

Hotel was under some kind of construction. My door wouldn’t shut or open without effort. No furniture in the room just 2 standard metal chairs with cushion and 1 desk chair with wheels. Screen laid against patio door. Bistro was closed when we checked in early evening. Rooms still rented at full price. Not up to standard. Paper room number parts taped on room door.

There were broken items in the room on our arrival, the A/C unit was noisy, and there was mould in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room was of a generous size and the beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to be provided with water in the room.

Horrible mattress with large sunken area, i was put in a room right by the construction even though they were not fully booked and could've put me in the opposite wing that did not have construction. There was not a bar of soap by the sink to wash my hands so i used the gel soap in the shower.
