Comfortable in every respect

Nothing was unique about the property but it was clean quiet great room it was a nice size and very comfortable
The hot tub was not working nor chairs to even sit in the pool area.The pool was freezing cold. The floor in our room was not vaccumed. They didn't get our breakfast requests right. They didn't have conditioner. Employee's were rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them for simple requests. Overall i will never return.
Went there solely for the EV charging which I was informed that management would look into. Not sure if they really did since the lady at the desk the next day said there was no note or anything regarding fixing the electric charging. Asked every night but no luck. Had to park in the residence and walk over to charge
Quick, easy check-in & out. Room clean upon arrival. One negative is there was no housekeeping for guests staying more than one night. You had to go to the front desk for extra towels, etc.. I stayed 3 nights, so the room could have used a quick restock, vacuum. I’m a clean person, but a room with 3 guests (kids) could need more.
There was no Mimi fridge Shower was not clean Room was at 58 degrees when I arrived.
I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much, due to the hours of the Bistro we didn’t get to indulge during our stay. Overall, we would return.. there was a lot of restaurants near by so worries about food at all.
Excellent all of the way around. The staff was very courteous and the rooms were awesome and comfortable.
The hotel was clean, quiet and yet moderately priced. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions about dining locations.
Hotel APPEARS to be a brand new structure (don't know for sure). Was a problem at check-in: hotel showed a booking for 2 rooms when I only booked & paid for one room. The desk clerk was extremely professional & efficient: I showed her my online account info & she confirmed w manager to correct problem in very little time & zero upset or hassle. Maybe just a new computer clitch on their end. The room suite is small (one room) but extremely NICE!! The shower is GIANT! Hotel has a premium exercise room. The only thing I found strange was breakfast NOT included. Many places to eat just down the street. Drug store & grocery across the street. Will DEFINITELY stay there again.
